Then they brought him a demon-possessed man who was blind and mute, and Jesus healed him, so that he could both talk and see.

A man controlled by demons was brought to Jesus. The man was blind and could not speak. Jesus healed him. Then the man could speak and see.

Then a demon-oppressed man who was blind and mute was brought to him, and he healed him, so that the man spoke and saw.

耶稣赶出一个哑巴鬼，鬼既出去，哑巴就说起话来，众人都希奇。有人说：“他靠鬼王别西卜赶鬼。”

到那日，聋子必听见这书卷上的话；瞎子的眼，必在迷蒙黑暗中也能看见。

那人的耳朵就开了，舌头也松了，说话也准确了。耶稣嘱咐他们不要告诉人。但他越是嘱咐，他们却越发传扬。众人非常惊讶说：“他所作的一切事都好极了；他竟然使聋子听见，又使哑巴说话。”

开他们的眼睛，使他们从黑暗中归向光明，从撒但的权下归向神，使他们的罪恶得到赦免，并且在那些因信我而成圣的人中同得基业。’

污灵每次看到他，就仆倒在他面前，大声喊叫说：“你是神的儿子！”

他的名声传遍了叙利亚全地，人们就把一切患病的，就是患各种疾病、疼痛、鬼附、癫痫、瘫痪的，都带到他面前，他就医好他们。

那时，瞎子的眼必打开，聋子的耳必畅通。那时，瘸子必像鹿一般跳跃，哑巴的舌头必大声欢呼；旷野必涌出大水，沙漠必流出江河。

他们出去的时候，有人带着一个被鬼附着的哑巴来见耶稣。耶稣把鬼赶走之后，哑巴就说话了。众人都很惊奇，说：“这样的事，在以色列从来没有见过。”但法利赛人说：“他不过是靠鬼王赶鬼罢了。”

主啊！求你开我的嘴，使我的口宣扬赞美你的话。

那时，能看见事物者的眼睛，必不再昏暗；能听到事物者的耳朵，必然倾听。性急者的心必明白知识，口吃者的舌头必说话清楚。

群众当中有一个回答他：“老师，我把我的儿子带到你这里来，他被哑巴鬼附着。无论在哪里，鬼抓住他，把他摔倒，他就口吐白沫，咬牙切齿，浑身僵硬。我请你的门徒把鬼赶出去，他们却办不到。”耶稣回答他们：“唉！不信的世代啊！我跟你们在一起到几时呢？我要忍受你们到几时呢？把他带到我这里来吧。”他们就把孩子带到他跟前。那鬼一见耶稣，就立刻使孩子抽了一阵疯，倒在地上，流着唾沫打滚。耶稣问他父亲：“这事临到他有多久了？”他说：“从小就是这样。鬼常常把他扔在火里水中，要毁灭他。如果你能作什么，求你可怜我们，帮助我们。”耶稣对他说：“‘如果你能’（“如果你能”有些抄本作“你若能信”）—对于信的人，什么都能！”孩子的父亲立刻喊着说：“我信！但我的信心不够，求你帮助我。”耶稣看见群众围拢了来，就斥责那污鬼说：“聋哑的鬼，我吩咐你从他身上出来，不要再进去。”那鬼大声喊叫，使孩子重重地抽了一阵疯，就出来了。孩子好像死了一样，所以许多人都说：“他死了！”
