加伯農乎、爾會得升至天、後必墮於地獄、蓋在爾中所施之異能、若施於所多瑪、則於今日尚存、

葛法農乎、爾欲蒙陟而登青雲乎？爾必被降而入冥獄也。蓋設令爾中所行神蹟、行於瑣同、則彼邑至今應猶依然無恙耳。

And you, Capernaum, will you be lifted to the heavens? No, you will go down to Hades. For if the miracles that were performed in you had been performed in Sodom, it would have remained to this day.

去拿撒勒、至迦百農居焉、其地濱海、在西布倫、納大利境、

爾自謂必昇天、位崇隆、越乎至高之星辰、坐峻峭之山、入大會之中、躋北極之所、將及雲霄、比儗至尊。今爾下陰府幽冥之所、

耶穌復至加利利迦拿、以水變酒之處、有王臣、其子病在迦百農、聞耶穌自猶太至加利利就之、請往醫其子、瀕死矣、耶穌曰、不見異跡奇事、爾曹不信、王臣曰、我子未及死、請主即至、耶穌曰往哉、爾子生矣、其人信耶穌言而往、歸時、遇僕告曰、爾子生矣、問何時愈、曰、昔者未時瘧退、父覺其時、適耶穌言子生之時、於是舉室皆信、耶穌自猶太至加利利、所行異跡、此其二也、

耶和華自天雨火硫於所多馬蛾摩拉、由是邑垣、平壤、民生、植物、無不盡滅。

所多馬人作惡、重獲罪於耶和華。

蓋自高者、將降為卑、自卑者、將升為高也、○

維昔天使陷罪、上帝不赦、拘攣於暗府、幽囚於狴犴、以待審判、先古之世、其俗澆漓、為上帝所責、災以洪水、惟傳道義之挪亞、暨其眷聚八人得救、所多馬蛾摩拉二邑、上帝擬定其罪而滅之、變為瓦礫、以警後世之惡者、惟義士羅得以黨惡邪僻為深憂、故上帝救之、蓋義者與彼同處、見其敗亂矩矱、無日不憂、惟主救敬虔之人、免於患難、而留不義者、待鞫日受刑、

耶穌曰、爾必引諺、詰我云、醫當自醫、聞爾行之於迦百農者、亦當行之於故土、

我又語爾、爾乃彼得、我將建我會於此磐、而陰府不能勝、

以爾不遺我魂於陰府、不俾爾聖者朽壞、

爾雖高飛、譬諸神鷹、結巢於星間、我耶和華必俾爾下墜、

主怒郇邑、愁雲慘淡、以色列雖榮光焜耀、若躋穹蒼、必下墮於地兮、雖為駐蹕之所、亦所弗惜兮。

入迦百農、有收丁稅者、就彼得曰、爾師輸丁稅乎、曰、然、

爾妹所多馬、及其眾女所為、與爾暨眾女較之、猶不為已甚、我耶和華固言之矣。爾姊所多馬、與其眾女、所犯之罪、即驕傲、饕餮、逸志、不恤貧乏、詡詡自誇、干我所痛疾之事、故我不得不去之。

我斫柏香木使下幽冥之所、與歸墓者無異、列邦人民、聞其下墜之聲、靡不震動、埃田林木、與利巴嫩之佳樹、素得灌溉、後至枯槁、見其隕落、則怨心悉平、昔此林叢、受其庇蔭、乃遭摧折、彼異邦人得王庇護、忽被斬伐、下於幽冥之所、亦若是、

入迦百農時、有百夫長就耶穌求曰、

所多馬蛾摩拉與周鄰數邑、同淫亂、荒於色、俱有常刑、爇之以火、以垂炯戒、

屍仆大邑衢路、昔吾主釘十字架之處、其與所多馬埃及也、將毋同、

人子、當為推羅王作哀歌、曰、主耶和華曰、爾若至美之玉、以巧捷之技、雕琢為印、美麗無儔、爾可比古人在埃田上帝囿、以珍寶為飾、即瑪瑙、淡黃玉、金鋼石、黃玉、碧玉、璧玉、青玉、紅寶玉、葱珩、俱嵌於金、爾生之日、鼗簫兼備。爾若𠼻𡀔［口氷］、高展其翮、施其庇護、我使之然、爾若祭司、胸飾寶玉、光輝燦爛、遨遊我聖山。爾踐王位、始有善政、後遷於惡、因貿易繁盛、遂至強暴、陷於罪戾、爾既污衊、我必逐爾出我聖岡、不許爾復為𠼻𡀔［口氷］、施其庇護、為燦爛之玉、輝光四照、爾因美麗、中心驕泰、亦因光彩、失其智慧、故我必傾圮爾、使列王目睹。爾之貿易、不秉大公、多陷罪戾、瀆玩聖所、故我必縱火於爾邑、其燄炎炎、使為灰燼、俾眾目睹。民間素識爾者、見爾歸於無有、則恐懼駭愕。
