You are bound for judgment because you are robbing me– this whole nation is guilty.

举国上下都是如此，所以你们必受咒诅。”

你们受严厉的诅咒，是因为你们在抢夺我，你们全国的人都在抢夺我。”

舉國上下都是如此，所以你們必受咒詛。」

你們被咒詛所咒詛，是因為你們、你們全國的人、搶奪的乃是我！

你們受嚴厲的詛咒，是因為你們在搶奪我，你們全國的人都在搶奪我。」

爾受詛矣、蓋舉國行竊於我也、

爾曹通國之民、無不欺予、故服咒詛、

爾曹通國之民被咒詛、乃因欺我故、

You are under a curse— your whole nation— because you are robbing me.

So you are under my curse. In fact, your whole nation is under my curse. That is because you are robbing me.

You are cursed with a curse, for you are robbing me, the whole nation of you.

You are under a curse, for your whole nation has been cheating me.

You are suffering under a curse, yet you— the whole nation— are still robbing me.

You are cursed with a curse, for you are robbing Me, the entire nation of you!

You are cursed with a curse, For you have robbed Me, Even this whole nation.

Ye are cursed with the curse; for ye rob me, even this whole nation.

Then Haggai responded,“‘ The people of this nation are unclean in my sight,’ says the LORD.‘ And so is all their effort; everything they offer is also unclean.Now therefore reflect carefully on the recent past, before one stone was laid on another in the LORD’s temple.From that time when one came expecting a heap of twenty measures, there were only ten; when one came to the wine vat to draw out fifty measures from it, there were only twenty.I struck all the products of your labor with blight, disease, and hail, and yet you brought nothing to me,’ says the LORD.

If you do not listen and take seriously the need to honor my name,” says the LORD who rules over all,“ I will send judgment on you and turn your blessings into curses– indeed, I have already done so because you are not taking it to heart.

“ But if you ignore the LORD your God and are not careful to keep all his commandments and statutes I am giving you today, then all these curses will come upon you in full force:You will be cursed in the city and cursed in the field.Your basket and your mixing bowl will be cursed.Your children will be cursed, as well as the produce of your soil, the calves of your herds, and the lambs of your flocks.You will be cursed when you come in and cursed when you go out.

You have planted much, but have harvested little. You eat, but are never filled. You drink, but are still thirsty. You put on clothes, but are not warm. Those who earn wages end up with holes in their money bags.’”“ Moreover, the LORD who rules over all says:‘ Pay close attention to these things also.Go up to the hill country and bring back timber to build the temple. Then I will be pleased and honored,’ says the LORD.‘ You expected a large harvest, but instead there was little, and when you brought it home it disappeared right away. Why?’ asks the LORD who rules over all.‘ Because my temple remains in ruins, thanks to each of you favoring his own house!This is why the sky has held back its dew and the earth its produce.Moreover, I have called for a drought that will affect the fields, the hill country, the grain, new wine, fresh olive oil, and everything that grows from the ground; it also will harm people, animals, and everything they produce.’”

The Israelites are unable to stand before their enemies; they retreat because they have become subject to annihilation. I will no longer be with you, unless you destroy what has contaminated you.Get up! Ritually consecrate the people and tell them this:‘ Ritually consecrate yourselves for tomorrow, because the LORD God of Israel says,“ You are contaminated, O Israel! You will not be able to stand before your enemies until you remove what is contaminating you.”

So I defiled your holy princes, and handed Jacob over to destruction, and subjected Israel to humiliating abuse.”

When Achan son of Zerah disobeyed the command about the city’s riches, the entire Israelite community was judged, though only one man had sinned. He most certainly died for his sin!’”
