爾則知我傳斯命於爾、乃堅我與利未所立之約、萬軍之耶和華言之矣、

使爾知我傳斯命、令爾悔改、而我與利未人所立之約、可以恆存、我萬有之主耶和華已言之矣。

使爾知我傳斯命於爾、致我與利未人所立之約、可以恆存、或作使爾知我曾傳斯命於爾曾與利未人立約萬有之主已言之矣、

因此，主万军之耶和华，以色列的大能者宣告：“啊！我要向我的敌人雪恨，向我的仇敌施行报复！我必转手对付你，如同用碱炼净你的渣滓，除尽你一切的杂质。我必恢复你的审判官，像起初一样；也必恢复你的谋士，如起始一般；之后，你必被称为‘公义之城’、‘忠信之城’。”锡安必因着耶和华的公正蒙救赎，城中悔改的人也必因着耶和华的公义蒙救赎。但叛逆者和罪人必一同败亡，离弃耶和华的必将灭绝。

‘连那沾在我们脚上的你们城里的尘土，我们也要当着你们擦掉，不过你们应当知道：神的国近了。’

因此藉着以下的事，雅各的罪孽才得以赎清：他要使祭坛的所有石头都变为粉碎的灰石，使亚舍拉和香坛不再竖立——这必成为他罪被除掉的全部果效。

所有属于我而不结果子的枝条，他就除掉；而所有结果子的，他就修剪干净，好让它结出更多的果子。

他手里拿着扬谷的锨，要扬净他的打谷场，把他的麦子收进仓库，却把糠秕用不灭的火烧掉。”

耶和华啊，你的手高举，他们却不看！愿他们看到你对子民的热心就蒙羞；愿你为敌人所预备的烈火吞噬他们！
