我轉觀日下所行之虐、見受虐者流涕、慰藉無人、行虐者有權、受虐者不得慰藉、

眾在示羅、飲食既畢、哈拿興、時、祭司以利坐其座、在耶和華殿之橛旁、哈拿中懷憂戚、禱於耶和華而痛哭、

彼禁食時、我不聽其呼籲、彼獻燔祭素祭、我不納之、惟以鋒刃饑饉疫癘滅之、

他瑪裂其彩衣、蒙灰於首、按手其上、且行且哭、其兄押沙龍謂之曰、爾兄暗嫩與爾偕乎、我妹今且緘默、彼乃爾兄、勿以為意、於是他瑪在兄押沙龍家獨處、

耶和華曰、爾獻祭品眾多、與我何與、牡羊之燔祭、肥畜之脂膏、我已厭之、犢血羔血、與牡山羊之血、我不悅之、爾來覲我、踐我院宇、誰命之者、虛有之禮物、勿復獻之、馨香我所憎、月朔安息集會為可惡、作惡而守肅會、我不容之、爾之月朔節期、我心惡之、以為重負、倦於擔荷、爾舉手、我則掩目、爾多禱、我不俯聽、爾手盈以血也、

惡者之祭、為耶和華所惡、正人之祈、為其所悅、

乳香來自示巴、菖蒲至自遠方、而獻於我、果何益哉、爾之燔祭、我不納之、爾之素祭、我不悅之、

慎勿惡念是懷、謂七年豁免之期伊邇、遂睥睨貧乏之昆弟、而弗之給、致彼籲耶和華、罪歸於爾、

惡者之祭為可憎、況以惡意獻之乎、
