萬軍之耶和華說：「現在你們當懇求神的恩寵，說：『願神恩待我們！』你們的手獻上這樣的東西，難道他會接納你們嗎？」

现在我劝你们恳求神，他好施恩与我们。这妄献的事，既由你们经手，他岂能看你们的情面吗？这是万军之耶和华说的。

如今試求上帝的情面、好讓他恩待我們吧！這不配的祭獻若出於你們的手，他哪能看得起你們的情面呢？萬軍之永恆主說。

萬軍之耶和華曰、爾既行此、試求上帝施恩、使加矜憫、彼豈納爾中一人乎、

萬有之主耶和華曰、獻此薄祭、繫爾之故、今雖呼籲於上、望我矜憫、我豈以爾為悅、

萬有之主曰、由爾手獻若是之祭、主豈悅納乎、今當籲禱天主、庶幾施恩於我儕、

“ Now plead with God to be gracious to us. With such offerings from your hands, will he accept you?”— says the Lord Almighty.

“ Now plead with God to be gracious to us! But as long as you give offerings like those, how can he accept you?” says the Lord.

And now entreat the favor of God, that he may be gracious to us. With such a gift from your hand, will he show favor to any of you? says the Lord of hosts.

“ Go ahead, beg God to be merciful to you! But when you bring that kind of offering, why should he show you any favor at all?” asks the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.

“ And now plead for God’s favor. Will he be gracious to us? Since this has come from your hands, will he show any of you favor?” asks the LORD of Armies.

“ But now, do indeed plead for God’s favor, so that He will be gracious to us. With such an offering on your part, will He receive any of you kindly?” says the Lord of armies.

“ But now entreat God’s favor, That He may be gracious to us. While this is being done by your hands, Will He accept you favorably?” Says the Lord of hosts.

And now, I pray you, entreat the favor of God, that he may be gracious unto us: this hath been by your means: will he accept any of your persons? saith Jehovah of hosts.

“ And now ask for God’s favor. Will He be gracious to us? Since this has come from your hands, will He show any of you favor?” asks the Lord of Hosts.

And now, I pray you, beseech God that he will be gracious unto us: this hath been by your means: will he regard your persons? saith the LORD of hosts.

But now plead for God’s favor that he might be gracious to us.“ With this kind of offering in your hands, how can he be pleased with you?” asks the LORD who rules over all.

“ Now, please entreat the favor of God, that he may be gracious to us. With this, will he accept any of you?” says Yahweh of Armies.

我們知道神是不聽罪人的，然而，如果有人敬畏神、遵行他的旨意，神就垂聽他。

耶和華又讓我看見大祭司約書亞站在耶和華的使者面前，而撒旦站在約書亞右邊要控告約書亞。耶和華對撒旦說：「撒旦哪，耶和華斥責你！揀選耶路撒冷的耶和華斥責你！這人難道不是從火中得解救的一根燃燒的木柴嗎？」那時約書亞身穿骯髒的衣服，站在天使面前。天使應聲吩咐那些侍立在自己面前的，說：「從他身上脫去骯髒的衣服！」然後對約書亞說：「看，我已經從你身上除去了你的罪孽，我要給你穿上禮服！」我說：「讓他們把潔淨的頭巾戴在他頭上。」他們就把潔淨的頭巾戴在他頭上，又給他穿上衣服。那時耶和華的使者站在旁邊。

要知道，神是不偏待人的。

你們既然稱不偏待人、只按每個人的行為施行審判的那一位為父，就應當懷著敬畏的心，過你們寄居的日子，

這樣一位聖潔、沒有邪惡、毫無玷汙、與罪人分開、高過諸天的大祭司，對我們實在是合宜的。他不需要像其他大祭司那樣天天獻祭：先為自己的罪孽，然後為子民；因為當他把自己獻上的時候，就一次性地把這事完成了。

邪靈回答他們，說：「耶穌我認識，保羅我也知道！但你們呢？你們是誰？」有邪靈附身的那個人就跳到他們身上，壓制了所有的人，勝過了他們，以致他們赤著身帶著傷，從那房子逃了出去。
