“ You sacrifice‘ unclean’ food on my altar.“ But you ask,‘ How have we made you“ unclean”?’“ You do it by looking down on my altar.

你们将污秽的食物献在我的坛上，且说：‘我们在何事上污秽你呢？’因你们说，耶和华的桌子是可藐视的。

“你们将不洁净的食物献在我的祭坛上，却说：‘我们在何事上使你不洁净呢？’你们说，耶和华的供桌是可藐视的。

“你们将不洁净的食物献在我的祭坛上，却说：‘我们在何事上使你不洁净呢？’你们说，耶和华的供桌是可藐视的。

你们把污秽的食物献在我的祭坛上，还说，‘我们在何事上玷污了你呢？’你们说耶和华的桌子是可藐视的。

“你们把污秽的食物献在我的坛上，你们竟说：‘我们怎样污秽了你的坛呢？’因你们以为耶和华的桌子是可以藐视的。”

你们藐视我的名是因你们把被玷污的粮食献在我的祭坛上，却还问：‘我们是怎么玷污你的呢？’又因你们说：‘耶和华的桌子是可以被藐视的！’

你們將污穢的食物獻在我的壇上，且說：『我們在何事上污穢你呢？』因你們說，耶和華的桌子是可藐視的。

「你們將不潔淨的食物獻在我的祭壇上，卻說：『我們在何事上使你不潔淨呢？』你們說，耶和華的供桌是可藐視的。

「你們將不潔淨的食物獻在我的祭壇上，卻說：『我們在何事上使你不潔淨呢？』你們說，耶和華的供桌是可藐視的。

你們把污穢的食物獻在我的祭壇上，還說，『我們在何事上玷污了你呢？』你們說耶和華的桌子是可藐視的。

“你們把污穢的食物獻在我的壇上，你們竟說：‘我們怎樣污穢了你的壇呢？’因你們以為耶和華的桌子是可以藐視的。”

將污穢的食物供獻在我的祭壇上、而你們竟說：「我們在甚麼事上污瀆了你呢？」——這就等於你們心裏說：永恆主的桌子是可藐視的了！

你們藐視我的名是因你們把被玷汙的糧食獻在我的祭壇上，卻還問：『我們是怎麼玷汙你的呢？』又因你們說：『耶和華的桌子是可以被藐視的！』

爾以不潔之餅、奉於我壇、猶曰我於何事污爾乎、爾言耶和華之几、可藐視也、

爾以不潔之餅、奉於我壇、以我耶和華之兒、為可藐視、猶言曰、何嘗凌辱爾乎、

爾曹以不潔之物、獻於我祭臺、自言耶和華之案可藐視、猶曰、我於何處污褻主乎、我於何處污褻主乎或作我何嘗因獻不潔之祭物褻慢主乎

“ By offering defiled food on my altar.“ But you ask,‘ How have we defiled you?’“ By saying that the Lord’s table is contemptible.

By offering polluted food upon my altar. But you say,‘ How have we polluted you?’ By saying that the Lord’s table may be despised.

“ You have shown contempt by offering defiled sacrifices on my altar.“ Then you ask,‘ How have we defiled the sacrifices?’“ You defile them by saying the altar of the Lord deserves no respect.

“ By presenting defiled food on my altar.”“ How have we defiled you?” you ask. When you say,“ The LORD’s table is contemptible.”

You are presenting defiled food upon My altar. But you say,‘ How have we defiled You?’ In that you say,‘ The table of the Lord is to be despised.’

“ You offer defiled food on My altar, But say,‘ In what way have we defiled You?’ By saying,‘ The table of the Lord is contemptible.’

Ye offer polluted bread upon mine altar. And ye say, Wherein have we polluted thee? In that ye say, The table of Jehovah is contemptible.

“ By presenting defiled food on My altar.” You ask:“ How have we defiled You?” When you say:“ The Lord’s table is contemptible.”

Ye offer polluted bread upon mine altar; and ye say, Wherein have we polluted thee? In that ye say, The table of the LORD[ is] contemptible.

You are offering improper sacrifices on my altar, yet you ask,‘ How have we offended you?’ By treating the table of the LORD as if it is of no importance!

You offer polluted bread on my altar. You say,‘ How have we polluted you?’ In that you say,‘ Yahweh’s table is contemptible.’

“ But you treat my name as if it were not holy. You say the Lord’ s altar is‘ unclean.’ And you look down on its food.

Eat the bread or drink the cup of the Lord in the right way. Don’t do it in a way that isn’t worthy of him. If you do, you will be guilty. You’ll be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord.Everyone should take a careful look at themselves before they eat the bread and drink from the cup.Whoever eats and drinks must recognize the body of Christ. If they don’t, judgment will come upon them.That is why many of you are weak and sick. That is why a number of you have died.We should think more carefully about what we are doing. Then we would not be found guilty for this.When the Lord judges us in this way, he corrects us. Then in the end we will not be judged along with the rest of the world.

You can’t drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons too. You can’t have a part in both the Lord’s table and the table of demons.

You sacrifice blind animals to me. Isn’t that wrong? You sacrifice disabled or sick animals. Isn’t that wrong? Try offering them to your governor! Would he be pleased with you? Would he accept you?” says the Lord who rules over all.

Even before the fat was burned, the priest’s servant would come over. He would speak to the person who was offering the sacrifice. He would say,“ Give the priest some meat to cook. He won’t accept boiled meat from you. He’ll only accept raw meat.”Sometimes the person would say to him,“ Let the fat be burned first. Then take what you want.” But the servant would answer,“ No. Hand it over right now. If you don’t, I’ll take it away from you by force.”That sin of Eli’s sons was very great in the Lord’ s sight. That’s because they were not treating his offering with respect.

Suppose an animal has something wrong with it. It might not be able to see or walk. Or it might have a bad flaw. Then you must not sacrifice it to the Lord your God.

A wooden altar stood in the main hall. It was a little over five feet high. It was three and a half feet long and three and a half feet wide. Its corners, base and sides were made out of wood. The man said to me,“ This is the table that stands in front of the Lord.”

Priests must be holy. They must be set apart for me. I am their God. They must not treat my name as if it were not holy. They must be holy because they bring food offerings to me. That is my food.

“‘ Every grain offering you bring to the Lord must be made without yeast. You must not add any yeast or honey to a food offering presented to the Lord.

As you eat, some of you go ahead and eat your own private meals. Because of this, one person stays hungry and another gets drunk.Don’t you have homes to eat and drink in? You are shaming those in the church who have nothing. Do you think so little of God’s church that you do this? What should I say to you? Should I praise you? Certainly not about the Lord’s Supper!
