耶穌說：「狐狸有洞，天空的飛鳥有窩，只是人子沒有枕頭的地方。」

耶稣对他说：“狐狸有洞，天空的飞鸟有窝，人子却没有枕头的地方。”

耶穌對他說：「狐狸有洞，天空的飛鳥有窩，人子卻沒有枕頭的地方。」

耶穌對他說：『狐狸有洞，空中的飛鳥有窩，惟獨人子沒有枕頭的地方！』

耶穌對他說：「狐狸有洞，天空的飛鳥有窩，人子卻沒有枕頭的地方。」

耶穌曰、狐有穴、鳥有巢、惟人子無枕首之所也、

耶穌曰、狐狸有穴、飛鳥有巢、惟人之子、無枕首之所也、

耶穌應之曰：『狐有丘、鳥有巢、人子獨無枕首地。』

Jesus replied,“ Foxes have dens and birds have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay his head.”

Jesus replied,“ Foxes have dens. Birds have nests. But the Son of Man has no place to lay his head.”

And Jesus said to him,“ Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay his head.”

But Jesus replied,“ Foxes have dens to live in, and birds have nests, but the Son of Man has no place even to lay his head.”

Jesus told him,“ Foxes have dens, and birds of the sky have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay his head.”

And Jesus said to him,“ The foxes have holes and the birds of the sky have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head.”

And Jesus said to him,“ Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head.”

And Jesus said unto him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of the heaven have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.

Jesus told him,“ Foxes have dens, and birds of the sky have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay His head.”

And Jesus said unto him, Foxes have holes, and birds of the air[ have] nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay[ his] head.

Jesus said to him,“ Foxes have dens and the birds in the sky have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay his head.”

我親愛的弟兄們，請聽，神豈不是揀選了世上的貧窮人，叫他們在信上富足，並承受他所應許給那些愛他之人的國嗎？

「人到我這裏來，若不愛我勝過愛自己的父母、妻子、兒女、弟兄、姊妹，和自己的性命，就不能作我的門徒。凡不背着自己十字架跟從我的，也不能作我的門徒。你們哪一個要蓋一座樓，不先坐下算計花費，能蓋成不能呢？恐怕安了地基，不能成功，看見的人都笑話他，說：『這個人開了工，卻不能完工。』或是一個王出去和別的王打仗，豈不先坐下酌量，能用一萬兵去敵那領二萬兵來攻打他的嗎？若是不能，就趁敵人還遠的時候，派使者去求和息的條款。這樣，你們無論甚麼人，若不撇下一切所有的，就不能作我的門徒。」

你們知道我們主耶穌基督的恩典：他本來富足，卻為你們成了貧窮，叫你們因他的貧窮，可以成為富足。

耶穌說：「狐狸有洞，天空的飛鳥有窩，人子卻沒有枕頭的地方。」

約書亞對百姓說：「你們不能事奉耶和華；因為他是聖潔的神，是忌邪的神，必不赦免你們的過犯罪惡。你們若離棄耶和華去事奉外邦神，耶和華在降福之後，必轉而降禍與你們，把你們滅絕。」百姓回答約書亞說：「不然，我們定要事奉耶和華。」約書亞對百姓說：「你們選定耶和華，要事奉他，你們自己作見證吧！」他們說：「我們願意作見證。」

他的門徒中有好些人聽見了，就說：「這話甚難，誰能聽呢？」耶穌心裏知道門徒為這話議論，就對他們說：「這話是叫你們厭棄嗎？倘或你們看見人子升到他原來所在之處，怎麼樣呢？叫人活着的乃是靈，肉體是無益的。我對你們所說的話就是靈，就是生命。只是你們中間有不信的人。」耶穌從起頭就知道誰不信他，誰要賣他。耶穌又說：「所以我對你們說過，若不是蒙我父的恩賜，沒有人能到我這裏來。」從此，他門徒中多有退去的，不再和他同行。

萬軍之耶和華－我的王，我的神啊，在你祭壇那裏，麻雀為自己找着房屋，燕子為自己找着菢雛之窩。

耶穌聽見了，就說：「你還缺少一件：要變賣你一切所有的，分給窮人，就必有財寶在天上；你還要來跟從我。」他聽見這話，就甚憂愁，因為他很富足。
