原来神所造的一切都是美好的；如果以感谢的心领受，就什么也不用丢弃，因为藉着神的话语、藉着代求，这些都被分别为圣了。

有几条别的小船从太巴列城来，靠近主祝谢后众人吃饼的地方。

于是拿起这七个饼和几条小鱼，祝谢以后，掰开，不断递给门徒们，他们又分给众人。

说完这些话，保罗就拿起饼，在大家面前感谢神，然后掰开来，开始吃。

我要向群山举目，我的帮助从哪里来？我的帮助从造天地的耶和华而来！

然后望天嘘了一口气，对他说：“以法达！”——这意思是“开了吧”。

祝谢了，就掰开，说：“这是我的身体，为了你们的缘故；你们应当如此行，为的是记念我。”

如果我怀着感恩的心领受，难道有什么能使我为所感谢的东西而受到毁谤吗？
