耶和華是我的光，是我的救恩，我還怕誰呢？耶和華是我一生的保障，我還懼怕誰呢？那些作惡者，就是我的敵人、我的仇敵，他們逼近我、要吞噬我肉體的時候，就絆跌、仆倒。儘管有軍兵紮營攻擊我，我的心也不害怕；儘管有戰爭興起臨到我，我依然無所畏懼。

他不會因壞消息而害怕，他的心因依靠耶和華而堅定；
