而且脸上的帕子既然被揭去了，我们大家就像镜子返照出主的荣光，正在被改变成与主同样的形像，从荣耀归入荣耀，这正是出于主——圣灵。

要知道，我所归属、所事奉的神，他的一位天使昨天晚上站在我身边，

锡安哪，起来，发出亮光！因为你的光已经来到，耶和华的荣耀已经在你上面升起。

正如大家所承认的，敬神的奥秘是极大的：神以肉身显现，被圣灵证实，被天使观看，被传于万邦，被世人信仰，被接在荣耀里。

忽然主的一位天使站在旁边，牢房里有光照耀。天使拍拍彼得的肋旁，叫醒他，说：“赶快起来！”那些铁链立刻就从彼得的手上掉了下来。

这些事以后，我看见另一位天使从天上降下来，他拥有大权；大地被他的荣光照亮了。

“当我赶路快到大马士革的时候，大约中午，忽然有强烈的光从天上下来，在我周围四面照射。我就仆倒在地上，听见有声音对我说：‘扫罗，扫罗！你为什么逼迫我？’“我回答：‘主啊！你到底是谁？’“他说：‘我就是你所逼迫的拿撒勒人耶稣。’与我在一起的人虽然看到了那光，却听不懂那对我说话的声音。

天使来到她面前，说：“蒙大恩的女子，愿你欢喜，主与你同在！”

约瑟思考这些事以后，忽然主的一位天使在约瑟梦中显现，说：“大卫的后裔约瑟，不要怕迎娶玛丽亚做你的妻子，因为她里面所怀的是由圣灵而来的。

王啊，约在正午，我在路上的时候，看见一道光，比太阳更明亮，从天上四面照射我和与我同行的人。我们都仆倒在地。我听见有声音用希伯来语对我说：‘扫罗，扫罗！你为什么逼迫我？你脚踢刺棒，是狂妄的。’

她们正为这件事心里困惑的时候，忽然有两个人，身穿闪闪发光的衣服，站在她们旁边。

大大绽放，大大快乐，并且欢呼；它必被赐予黎巴嫩的荣耀，迦密和莎伦的威荣；人们必看见耶和华的荣耀，我们神的威荣。

因为那吩咐“要有光从黑暗里照耀出来”的神，已经照耀了我们的心，为要发出神荣耀的知识之光——这光就在耶稣基督的脸上。

以赛亚说了这些话，是因为看见了耶稣的荣耀，就讲论他的事。

但在夜里，主的一位天使打开了监门，领他们出来，说：

他们彼此呼喊说：“圣哉！圣哉！圣哉！万军之耶和华！他的荣耀充满全地。”因呼喊者的声音，门槛的根基震动，殿里充满了烟云。那时我说：“我有祸了，我要灭亡了！因为我是个嘴唇不洁净的人，住在嘴唇不洁净的民众当中；又因为我亲眼看见了大君王万军之耶和华。”

有主的一位天使站在香坛的右边向他显现。撒迦利亚看见后，就惊慌不安，恐惧就临到了他。

耶和华的荣耀必显现，凡有血肉的都必一同看见。因为这是耶和华亲口说的。”

接着，我看见一个白色的大宝座和坐在它上面的那一位。地和天都从他面前逃避，连它们的地方也找不到了。

那景象实在可怕，连摩西也说：“我非常害怕战兢。”
