Peter said many other things to warn them. He begged them,“ Save yourselves from these evil people.”

Even though people may be very rich, they don’t live on and on. They are like the animals. They die.That’s what happens to those who trust in themselves. It also happens to their followers, who agree with what they say.

None of you should sin against your brother or sister by doing that. You should not take advantage of your brother or sister. The Lord will punish everyone who commits these kinds of sins. We have already told you and warned you about this.
