And another said, I have married a wife, and therefore I cannot come.

又有一個說：『我才娶了妻子，所以不能去。』

還有一個說，『我剛結了婚，所以不能去。』

又一個說：‘我剛結了婚，不能去。’

又另一個說：「我剛娶了妻，故此不能去」。

「另有人說：『我剛娶了妻子，所以不能去。』

又一人曰、我方娶妻、故不能往、

又一人曰、我方娶、不獲來、僕歸告主、

又一人曰、我方娶妻、故不得來、

又一人曰：「予方新婚、不克赴筵。」

“ Still another said,‘ I just got married, so I can’t come.’

“ Another said,‘ I have married a wife, and therefore I can’t come.’

When a man taketh a new wife, he shall not go out in the host, neither shall he be charged with any business: he shall be free at home one year, and shall cheer his wife whom he hath taken.

but he that is married is careful for the things of the world, how he may please his wife,

And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or wife, or brethren, or parents, or children, for the kingdom of God’s sake,who shall not receive manifold more in this time, and in the world to come eternal life.

But this I say, brethren, the time is shortened, that henceforth both those that have wives may be as though they had none;and those that weep, as though they wept not; and those that rejoice, as though they rejoiced not; and those that buy, as though they possessed not;and those that use the world, as not using it to the full: for the fashion of this world passeth away.

If any man cometh unto me, and hateth not his own father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.Whosoever doth not bear his own cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.For which of you, desiring to build a tower, doth not first sit down and count the cost, whether he have wherewith to complete it?
