乃設喻曰、一人有無花果樹、植於葡萄園、至而求果不得、

于是用比喻说：“一个人有一棵无花果树栽在葡萄园里。他来到树前找果子，却找不着。

Then he told this parable:“ A man had a fig tree growing in his vineyard, and he went to look for fruit on it but did not find any.

Then Jesus told a story.“ A man had a fig tree,” he said.“ It was growing in his vineyard. When he went to look for fruit on it, he didn’t find any.

And he told this parable:“ A man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard, and he came seeking fruit on it and found none.

Then Jesus told this story:“ A man planted a fig tree in his garden and came again and again to see if there was any fruit on it, but he was always disappointed.

And he told this parable:“ A man had a fig tree that was planted in his vineyard. He came looking for fruit on it and found none.

非爾選我、乃我選爾、且命爾往而結果、而爾果恆存、則爾託我名凡求於父者、父必賜爾、

昔我植爾為嘉葡萄樹、種盡真種、今奚變為壞葡萄樹、枝悉惡劣、

我為良友作歌、歌中論良友與其葡萄園之事、我良友有葡萄園、植於膏腴之山岡、縱橫鋤之、且除其石、植以嘉葡萄樹、園中建望樓、掘壓酒處、冀結嘉葡萄、反結野葡萄、耶路撒冷居民與猶大人乎、今當在我與我葡萄園中、辨其是非、我為我葡萄園所作之外、尚有何者當作乎、我冀結嘉葡萄反結野葡萄、何也、

聖神所結之果、即仁愛、喜樂、和平、忍耐、慈悲、良善、忠信、

我言此、非我求贈、惟欲爾多結果、使爾獲益、

主曾移葡萄樹出伊及、驅逐異邦人、栽植此樹、開墾地土、俾樹根深固、盤繞滿地、樹蔭遮徧山岡、枝幹如高大之柏香木、枝長至海濱、蔓延及河畔、主因何拆毀護樹之藩籬、任行路之人折取、為林中野豬殘壞、為曠野蠢獸所囓、

見道旁無花果樹、就之、無所得、惟葉而已、謂樹曰、自今後、爾永不結果、無花果樹即枯、門徒見而奇之、曰、無花果樹、如何忽枯也、

果期將至、遣僕就園夫收果、園夫執其僕、撲一、殺一、石擊一、又遣他僕、較前尤多、園夫亦待之如故、後遣其子就之、意謂彼必敬我子矣、園夫見其子、相語曰、此乃嗣子、盍來殺之、以據其業、遂執之、曳出園外而殺焉、葡萄園之主至、將何以處此園夫乎、

明日、出伯他尼時、耶穌饑、遙見無花果樹、有葉、遂就視其上有所得否、及至、無所得、惟葉而已、蓋果期未至也、耶穌謂樹曰、今而後永無人食爾之果、斯言門徒聞之、○

及期、遣一僕就園夫、令其輸園中當納之果、園夫撲之、使之徒返、復遣他僕、園夫亦撲之、且辱之、使之徒返、三次遣僕、園夫竟傷而逐之、園主曰、我將如之何、莫若遣我愛子、或彼見而敬之、園夫見其子、相議曰、此乃嗣子、盍來殺之、業則歸我矣、
