摩西說：『這是永恆主所吩咐你們的事；你們要行，永恆主的榮耀就要向你們顯現。』

可拉召集了全會眾到會棚出入處要攻擊摩西、亞倫；永恆主的榮光就向全會眾顯現。

當會眾聚集攻擊摩西、亞倫的時候，他們望着會棚，啊，竟有雲彩遮蓋着呢；永恆主的榮光顯現了。

眾人等待着撒迦利亞；他在殿堂裏拖延的時候、他們都覺得希奇。到他出來、不能和他們說話了、他們才理會他在殿堂裏見了顯象；他呢、也直向他們作手勢，始終還是啞巴！

全會眾都說要扔石頭把這二人砍死。永恆主的榮光卻在會棚中向以色列眾人顯現。

因為基督並不是進了人手造的聖所、真聖所的模型、乃是進了上天本境，如今替我們顯在上帝面前的。他也不是必須多次地供獻自己、像大祭司每年靠着不是自己的血的、去進入聖所一樣。假使如此，從世界創立以來，他就必須多次受苦了！其實他在今世的末期、乃是儘一次地顯現，藉着自己之奉獻為祭、好把罪廢掉的。按所保留給人的、只有一次的死，死後有審判。基督也這樣；基督也是只有一次之被供獻、來擔當許多人的罪。將來還要顯現個第二次、卻是與罪無關，是要向切候着他的人施拯救的。
