The priest shall then put on his linen clothes, with linen undergarments next to his body, and shall remove the ashes of the burnt offering that the fire has consumed on the altar and place them beside the altar.

“ And you shall weave the tunic of checkered work of fine linen, and shall make a turban of fine linen, and you shall make a sash, the work of a weaver.“ For Aaron’s sons you shall also make tunics; you shall also make sashes for them, and you shall make caps for them, for glory and for beauty.Then you shall put them on Aaron your brother and on his sons with him; and you shall anoint them and ordain them and consecrate them, so that they may serve Me as priests.You shall make for them linen undergarments to cover their bare flesh; they shall reach from the waist even to the thighs.And they shall be on Aaron and on his sons when they enter the tent of meeting, or when they approach the altar to minister in the Holy Place, so that they do not incur guilt and die. It shall be a statute forever to him and to his descendants after him.

He shall put on the holy linen tunic, and the linen undergarments shall be next to his body, and he shall be wrapped about the waist with the linen sash and the linen turban wound around his forehead( these are holy garments). He shall bathe his body in water and put them on.

They also made the tunics of finely woven linen for Aaron and his sons,and the turban of fine linen, and the decorated caps of fine linen, and the linen undergarments of fine twisted linen,and the sash of fine twisted linen, and violet, purple, and scarlet material, the work of the weaver, just as the Lord had commanded Moses.

It was given to her to clothe herself in fine linen, bright and clean; for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.

And it shall be that when they enter at the gates of the inner courtyard, they shall be clothed with linen garments; and wool shall not be worn by them while they are ministering in the gates of the inner courtyard or in the house.Linen turbans shall be on their heads and linen undergarments shall be around their waists; they shall not put on anything that makes them sweat.

Then one of the elders responded, saying to me,“ These who are clothed in the white robes, who are they, and where have they come from?”

May He remember all your meal offerings And accept your burnt offering! Selah

The entrails, however, and the legs he shall wash with water. And the priest shall offer all of it, and offer it up in smoke on the altar; it is a burnt offering, an offering by fire of a soothing aroma to the Lord.

He shall also remove its craw with its feathers and throw it beside the altar eastward, to the place of the fatty ashes.Then he shall tear it by its wings, but shall not sever it. And the priest shall offer it up in smoke on the altar, on the wood which is on the fire; it is a burnt offering, an offering by fire of a soothing aroma to the Lord.

But the wicked will perish; And the enemies of the Lord will be like the glory of the pastures, They vanish— like smoke they vanish away.

Fire also came out from the Lord and consumed the 250 men who were offering the incense.

And the armies which are in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, were following Him on white horses.

“ Separate yourselves from among this congregation, so that I may consume them instantly.”
