“你把以下条例告诉以色列人。“如果有人无意中触犯耶和华的诫命，要按以下方式献赎罪祭。

“你要告诉以色列人说：如果有人在耶和华吩咐不可行的事上无意犯了罪，他必须遵行以下条例中的一样：

「你曉諭以色列人說：若有人在耶和華所吩咐不可行的甚麼事上誤犯了一件，

「你要吩咐以色列人說：若有人無意中犯罪，在任何事上犯了一條耶和華所吩咐的禁令，

「你要吩咐以色列人說：若有人無意中犯罪，在任何事上犯了一條耶和華所吩咐的禁令，

「你把以下條例告訴以色列人。「如果有人無意中觸犯耶和華的誡命，要按以下方式獻贖罪祭。

“你要告訴以色列人說：如果有人在耶和華吩咐不可行的事上無意犯了罪，他必須遵行以下條例中的一樣：

『你要告訴以色列人說：若有人在永恆主所吩咐不可行的事上、誤犯了罪、去行其一件；

告以色列族云、如有人誤干耶和華之命、為所不當為、

宜告以色列族云、如有人誤干我命、為所不當為、則必獻祭、以贖其罪。

爾告以色列人云、主之誡命中、若有人誤犯其一、行所不可行者、則當獻贖罪祭、

“ Say to the Israelites:‘ When anyone sins unintentionally and does what is forbidden in any of the Lord’s commands—

“ Speak to the Israelites. Tell them,‘ Suppose someone sins without meaning to. And that person does something the Lord commands us not to do.

“ Speak to the people of Israel, saying, If anyone sins unintentionally in any of the Lord’s commandments about things not to be done, and does any one of them,

“ Give the following instructions to the people of Israel. This is how you are to deal with those who sin unintentionally by doing anything that violates one of the Lord’s commands.

“ Tell the Israelites: When someone sins unintentionally against any of the LORD’s commands and does anything prohibited by them—

“ Speak to the sons of Israel, saying,‘ If a person sins unintentionally in any of the things which the Lord has commanded not to be done, and commits any of them,

“ Speak to the children of Israel, saying:‘ If a person sins unintentionally against any of the commandments of the Lord in anything which ought not to be done, and does any of them,

Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If any one shall sin unwittingly, in any of the things which Jehovah hath commanded not to be done, and shall do any one of them:

“ Tell the Israelites: When someone sins unintentionally against any of the Lord’s commands and does anything prohibited by them—

Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a soul shall sin through ignorance against any of the commandments of the LORD[ concerning things] which ought not to be done, and shall do against any of them:

“ Tell the Israelites,‘ When a person sins by straying unintentionally from any of the Lord’s commandments which must not be violated, and violates any one of them–

“ Speak to the children of Israel, saying,‘ If anyone sins unintentionally, in any of the things which Yahweh has commanded not to be done, and does any one of them,

“‘ If any member of the community sins unintentionally and does what is forbidden in any of the Lord’s commands, when they realize their guilt (niv)

But who can discern their own errors? Forgive my hidden faults. (niv)

“‘ Now if you as a community unintentionally fail to keep any of these commands the Lord gave Moses—any of the Lord’s commands to you through him, from the day the Lord gave them and continuing through the generations to come—and if this is done unintentionally without the community being aware of it, then the whole community is to offer a young bull for a burnt offering as an aroma pleasing to the Lord, along with its prescribed grain offering and drink offering, and a male goat for a sin offering.The priest is to make atonement for the whole Israelite community, and they will be forgiven, for it was not intentional and they have presented to the Lord for their wrong a food offering and a sin offering.The whole Israelite community and the foreigners residing among them will be forgiven, because all the people were involved in the unintentional wrong.“‘ But if just one person sins unintentionally, that person must bring a year- old female goat for a sin offering.The priest is to make atonement before the Lord for the one who erred by sinning unintentionally, and when atonement has been made, that person will be forgiven.One and the same law applies to everyone who sins unintentionally, whether a native- born Israelite or a foreigner residing among you. (niv)

But only the high priest entered the inner room, and that only once a year, and never without blood, which he offered for himself and for the sins the people had committed in ignorance. (niv)

This is the rule concerning anyone who kills a person and flees there for safety— anyone who kills a neighbor unintentionally, without malice aforethought. (niv)

He is able to deal gently with those who are ignorant and are going astray, since he himself is subject to weakness. (niv)

“‘ If the whole Israelite community sins unintentionally and does what is forbidden in any of the Lord’s commands, even though the community is unaware of the matter, when they realize their guilt (niv)

“ When anyone is unfaithful to the Lord by sinning unintentionally in regard to any of the Lord’s holy things, they are to bring to the Lord as a penalty a ram from the flock, one without defect and of the proper value in silver, according to the sanctuary shekel. It is a guilt offering.They must make restitution for what they have failed to do in regard to the holy things, pay an additional penalty of a fifth of its value and give it all to the priest. The priest will make atonement for them with the ram as a guilt offering, and they will be forgiven.“ If anyone sins and does what is forbidden in any of the Lord’s commands, even though they do not know it, they are guilty and will be held responsible.They are to bring to the priest as a guilt offering a ram from the flock, one without defect and of the proper value. In this way the priest will make atonement for them for the wrong they have committed unintentionally, and they will be forgiven. (niv)

“‘ When a leader sins unintentionally and does what is forbidden in any of the commands of the Lord his God, when he realizes his guilt (niv)

Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this should not be. (niv)

But Jonathan had not heard that his father had bound the people with the oath, so he reached out the end of the staff that was in his hand and dipped it into the honeycomb. He raised his hand to his mouth, and his eyes brightened. (niv)

Then Abimelek called Abraham in and said,“ What have you done to us? How have I wronged you that you have brought such great guilt upon me and my kingdom? You have done things to me that should never be done.” (niv)

Even though I was once a blasphemer and a persecutor and a violent man, I was shown mercy because I acted in ignorance and unbelief. (niv)
