人要在他眼前焚燒這母牛，牛的皮、肉、血和糞都要焚燒。

只是公牛的肉、皮、糞都要在營外用火焚燒；這牛是贖罪祭。

東離西有多遠，他叫我們的過犯離我們也有多遠！

他把贖罪祭的公牛牽來，亞倫和他兒子按手在贖罪祭公牛的頭上，就宰了公牛。摩西取了血，用指頭抹在祭壇周圍的四個翹角上，使壇潔淨，再把其餘的血倒在壇的底座上，使壇成為聖，為壇贖罪。摩西把內臟所有的脂肪和肝上的網油，以及兩個腎與腎上的脂肪取出，都燒在壇上。至於公牛，連皮帶肉和糞，他都用火燒在營外，是照耶和華所吩咐摩西的。

因為牲畜的血被大祭司帶入至聖所作贖罪祭，牲畜的體卻在營外燒掉。所以，耶穌也在城門外受苦，為要用自己的血使百姓成聖。這樣，我們也當走出營外，到他那裏去，忍受他所受的凌辱。

作贖罪祭的公牛和作贖罪祭的公山羊的血被帶入聖所贖罪之後，就要把這牛羊搬到營外，皮、肉、糞都用火焚燒。

他要把牛搬到營外燒了，像燒前一頭公牛一樣；這是會眾的贖罪祭。

若將任何贖罪祭的血帶進會幕，為要在聖所贖罪，那肉就不可吃，要用火焚燒。」

於是，亞倫靠近壇前，宰了那頭為自己贖罪的牛犢。亞倫的兒子把血遞給他，他就把指頭蘸在血中，抹在壇的四個翹角上，再把其餘的血倒在壇的底座上。他把贖罪祭的脂肪和腎，以及肝上的網油，燒在壇上，是照耶和華所吩咐摩西的。他用火將肉和皮燒在營外。
