因为基督也曾一次为罪受苦，以无罪之身代替不义之人，为要领你们到上帝面前。祂的肉体虽被处死，但祂借着圣灵复活了。

还有新约的中保耶稣和祂所流的血。这血比亚伯的血发出更美的信息。

我们都像迷路的羊，各人偏行己路，但上帝却让祂承担我们众人的罪恶。

祂必洗净许多国家，君王必因祂而闭口无言。因为他们将看见未曾听过的事，明白闻所未闻的事。

你们蒙拣选是按照父上帝预先定好的旨意，借着圣灵得以圣洁，好顺服耶稣基督，并靠祂的血得到洁净。愿上帝赐给你们丰丰富富的恩典和平安！

然而，上帝的洪恩远超过亚当的过犯。若因一人的过犯，众人都要死亡，那么上帝的恩典，也就是通过耶稣基督一人所赐的恩典，岂不要更丰富地临到众人吗？再者，上帝的恩赐不同于一人犯罪的后果。一人犯罪便带来审判和定罪，恩赐却使众人罪恶得赦、被称为义人。如果因一人的过犯，死亡就借着那人做了王，那么接受上帝洪恩又得到祂所赐之义的人，岂不更要借着耶稣基督一人在生命中做王吗？如此说来，因为一人的过犯，众人都被定罪；照样，因为一人的义行，众人都被称为义人，得到生命。因为一人的悖逆，众人成为罪人；照样，因为一人的顺服，众人将被称为义人。律法是后来颁布的，使过犯更多地显出来，只是哪里的罪越多，哪里的恩典就显得越丰富。罪怎样掌权带来死亡，恩典也照样借着义掌权，为要借着我们主耶稣基督带来永生。

上帝使无罪的基督担当我们的罪，使我们可以借着基督成为被上帝接纳的义人。

“如果有人用牛献作平安祭，必须在耶和华面前献上毫无残疾的公牛或母牛。献祭者要把手放在牛头上，在会幕门口宰牛。祭司——亚伦的子孙要把牛血洒在祭坛四周。献祭者要从平安祭中献上火祭给耶和华。他要取出遮盖内脏的脂肪和内脏上的脂肪、两个肾脏和肾脏上靠近腰部的脂肪以及肝叶。祭司要把这一切放在祭坛燃烧的木柴上和燔祭一起焚烧，作为蒙耶和华悦纳的馨香火祭。

祂必看见自己劳苦的成果，并心满意足。耶和华说：“我公义的仆人必凭祂的知识使许多人被算为义人，祂要担当他们的罪恶。我要使祂与伟人同享尊荣，跟强者同分战利品，因为祂奉献了自己的生命。祂被列在罪犯中，却担当了许多人的罪，又为罪人代求。”

当我们还软弱无助的时候，基督就在所定的日期为罪人死了。为义人死，是罕见的；为好人死，也许有敢做的；但基督却在我们还做罪人的时候为我们死！上帝的爱就这样显明了。现在，我们既然因祂所流的血而被称为义人，岂不更要靠着祂免受上帝的烈怒吗？如果我们还与上帝为敌的时候，尚且可以借着上帝儿子的死亡与上帝和好，和好后的我们岂不更要借着祂儿子的生命得到拯救吗？不但如此，我们借着主耶稣基督与上帝和好之后，还要借着祂在上帝面前欢喜。
