“ Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them:‘ When a man consecrates by a vow certain persons to the Lord, according to your valuation,

“你把以下条例告诉以色列人。“如果有人许下特别的愿，以付身价的方式奉献一个人给耶和华，就要为被奉献者估定身价。

“你要告诉以色列人，对他们说：如果人许特别的愿，献身给耶和华，就要依照你的估价献身价。

“ Speak to the Israelites and say to them:‘ If anyone makes a special vow to dedicate a person to the Lord by giving the equivalent value,

“ Speak to the Israelites. Tell them,‘ Suppose someone makes a special promise to set a person apart to serve the Lord. Here is how much it will cost to set that person free from the promise to serve.

“ Speak to the people of Israel and say to them, If anyone makes a special vow to the Lord involving the valuation of persons,

“ Give the following instructions to the people of Israel. If anyone makes a special vow to dedicate someone to the Lord by paying the value of that person,

“ Speak to the Israelites and tell them: When someone makes a special vow to the LORD that involves the assessment of people,

“ Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them,‘ When someone makes an explicit vow, he shall be valued according to your assessment of persons belonging to the Lord.

Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall accomplish a vow, the persons shall be for Jehovah by thy estimation.

“ Speak to the Israelites and tell them: When someone makes a special vow to the Lord that involves the assessment of people,

Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons[ shall be] for the LORD by thy estimation.

“ Speak to the Israelites and tell them,‘ When a man makes a special votive offering based on the conversion value of persons to the LORD,

“ Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them,‘ When a man consecrates a person to Yahweh in a vow, according to your valuation,

“ Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them:‘ When either a man or woman consecrates an offering to take the vow of a Nazirite, to separate himself to the Lord,

“ When you make a vow to the Lord your God, you shall not delay to pay it; for the Lord your God will surely require it of you, and it would be sin to you.But if you abstain from vowing, it shall not be sin to you.That which has gone from your lips you shall keep and perform, for you voluntarily vowed to the Lord your God what you have promised with your mouth.

And it was so at the end of two months that she returned to her father, and he carried out his vow with her which he had vowed. She knew no man. And it became a custom in Israel

Then she made a vow and said,“ O Lord of hosts, if You will indeed look on the affliction of Your maidservant and remember me, and not forget Your maidservant, but will give Your maidservant a male child, then I will give him to the Lord all the days of his life, and no razor shall come upon his head.”

Therefore I also have lent him to the Lord; as long as he lives he shall be lent to the Lord.” So they worshiped the Lord there.

And Jephthah made a vow to the Lord, and said,“ If You will indeed deliver the people of Ammon into my hands,then it will be that whatever comes out of the doors of my house to meet me, when I return in peace from the people of Ammon, shall surely be the LORD’s, and I will offer it up as a burnt offering.”

When you make a vow to God, do not delay to pay it; For He has no pleasure in fools. Pay what you have vowed—Better not to vow than to vow and not pay.

“ Or if a woman makes a vow to the Lord, and binds herself by some agreement while in her father’s house in her youth,

Then Jacob made a vow, saying,“ If God will be with me, and keep me in this way that I am going, and give me bread to eat and clothing to put on,so that I come back to my father’s house in peace, then the Lord shall be my God.And this stone which I have set as a pillar shall be God’s house, and of all that You give me I will surely give a tenth to You.”

So Israel made a vow to the Lord, and said,“ If You will indeed deliver this people into my hand, then I will utterly destroy their cities.”
