耶和华显明了他的救恩，在列国眼前显出公义；记念他对以色列家的慈爱和信实。地的四极都看见我们上帝的救恩。

如果他们的过犯成为世界的富足，他们的缺乏成为外邦人的富足，更何况他们全数得救呢？

他向我们列祖施怜悯，记得他的圣约，就是他对我们祖宗亚伯拉罕所起的誓，

我起誓应许给亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各的地，我要领你们进去，将那地赐给你们为业。我是耶和华。’”

“我是耶和华—你的上帝，曾将你从埃及地为奴之家领出来。

就福音来说，他们为你们的缘故是仇敌；就拣选来说，他们因列祖的缘故是蒙爱的。因为上帝的恩赐和选召是不会撤回的。

上帝听见他们的哀声，就记念他与亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各所立的约。

我要与你，以及你世世代代的后裔坚立我的约，成为永远的约，是要作你和你后裔的上帝。我要把你现在寄居的地，就是迦南全地，赐给你和你的后裔永远为业；我也必作他们的上帝。”

如今你们若真的听从我的话，遵守我的约，就要在万民中作属我的子民，因为全地都是我的。你们要归我作祭司的国度，为神圣的国民。’这些话你要告诉以色列人。”

而且，他们若不是长久不信，仍要被接上，因为上帝能够重新把他们接上去。你是从那天生的野橄榄上砍下来的，尚且违反自然地接在好橄榄上，何况这些原来的枝子岂不更要接在原树上吗？弟兄们，我不愿意你们不知道这奥秘，恐怕你们自以为聪明。这奥秘就是有一部分以色列人是硬心的，等到外邦人的数目添满了，以色列全家都要得救。如经上所记：“必有一位救主从锡安出来，要消除雅各家一切不虔不敬。”
