耶和华啊，哦，我是你的仆人；我是你的仆人，是你使女的儿子。你已经解开我的捆索。

“你在古时折断你的轭，解开你的绳索，说：‘我必不事奉耶和华。’你在各高冈上、各青翠的树下屈身行淫。

因为以色列人都是我的仆人，他们是我的仆人，是我领他们从埃及地出来的。我是耶和华—你们的上帝。”

你们岂不知道你们的身体是圣灵的殿吗？这圣灵是从上帝而来，住在你们里面的。而且你们不是属自己的人，因为你们是重价买来的。所以，要在你们的身体上荣耀上帝。

“我使你的肩头得脱重担，使你的手放下筐子。你在急难中呼求，我就搭救你，在雷的隐密处应允你，在米利巴水那里考验你。（细拉）听啊，我的子民，我要劝戒你；以色列啊，我真愿你肯听从我。在你当中，不可有外族的神明；外邦的神明，你也不可下拜。我是耶和华—你的上帝，曾将你从埃及地领上来；你要大大张口，我就使你满足。

我必将这杯递在苦待你的人手中。他们曾对你说：‘你屈身，任我们践踏过去吧！’你就以背为地，又如街道，任人走过。

因为他们是我的仆人，是我从埃及地领出来的。他们不可被卖为奴仆。
