Then the priest must offer its memorial portion up in smoke– some of its crushed bits, some of its olive oil, in addition to all of its frankincense– it is a gift to the LORD.

The priest shall burn the memorial portion of the crushed grain and the oil, together with all the incense, as a food offering presented to the Lord.

The priest must burn part of the crushed grain and the oil. It will remind you that all good things come from the Lord. The priest must burn it together with all the incense. It is a food offering presented to the Lord.

And the priest shall burn as its memorial portion some of the crushed grain and some of the oil with all of its frankincense; it is a food offering to the Lord.

The priest will take a representative portion of the grain moistened with oil, together with all the frankincense, and burn it as a special gift presented to the Lord.

The priest will then burn some of its crushed kernels and oil with all its frankincense as a food offering to the LORD.

Then the priest shall offer up in smoke its memorial portion, part of its crushed grain and its oil with all its incense as an offering by fire to the Lord.

Then the priest shall burn the memorial portion: part of its beaten grain and part of its oil, with all the frankincense, as an offering made by fire to the Lord.

And the priest shall burn the memorial of it, part of the bruised grain thereof, and part of the oil thereof, with all the frankincense thereof: it is an offering made by fire unto Jehovah.

The LORD’s spirit will rest on him– a spirit that gives extraordinary wisdom, a spirit that provides the ability to execute plans, a spirit that produces absolute loyalty to the LORD.He will take delight in obeying the LORD. He will not judge by mere appearances, or make decisions on the basis of hearsay.He will treat the poor fairly, and make right decisions for the downtrodden of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth, and order the wicked to be executed.

During his earthly life Christ offered both requests and supplications, with loud cries and tears, to the one who was able to save him from death and he was heard because of his devotion.

The spirit of the sovereign LORD is upon me, because the LORD has chosen me. He has commissioned me to encourage the poor, to help the brokenhearted, to decree the release of captives, and the freeing of prisoners,

In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness, for we do not know how we should pray, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with inexpressible groanings.And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes on behalf of the saints according to God’s will.

May you accept my prayer like incense, my uplifted hands like the evening offering!

“‘ When you present an offering of grain baked in an oven, it must be made of choice wheat flour baked into unleavened loaves mixed with olive oil or unleavened wafers smeared with olive oil.If your offering is a grain offering made on the griddle, it must be choice wheat flour mixed with olive oil, unleavened.Crumble it in pieces and pour olive oil on it– it is a grain offering.If your offering is a grain offering made in a pan, it must be made of choice wheat flour deep fried in olive oil.

Then the priest must take up from the grain offering its memorial portion and offer it up in smoke on the altar– it is a gift of a soothing aroma to the LORD.

You can present them to the LORD as an offering of first fruit, but they must not go up to the altar for a soothing aroma.

“‘ When a person presents a grain offering to the LORD, his offering must consist of choice wheat flour, and he must pour olive oil on it and put frankincense on it.Then he must bring it to the sons of Aaron, the priests, and the priest must scoop out from there a handful of its choice wheat flour and some of its olive oil in addition to all of its frankincense, and the priest must offer its memorial portion up in smoke on the altar– it is a gift of a soothing aroma to the LORD.
