聽訟之時、毋行非義、尺丈權衡升斗悉當公平、

A perfect and just weight shalt thou have; a perfect and just measure shalt thou have: that thy days may be long in the land which Jehovah thy God giveth thee.

For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured unto you.

A false balance is an abomination to Jehovah; But a just weight is his delight.

A just balance and scales are Jehovah’s; All the weights of the bag are his work.

In thee have they taken bribes to shed blood; thou hast taken interest and increase, and thou hast greedily gained of thy neighbors by oppression, and hast forgotten me, saith the Lord Jehovah.Behold, therefore, I have smitten my hand at thy dishonest gain which thou hast made, and at thy blood which hath been in the midst of thee.

Hear ye now what Jehovah saith: Arise, contend thou before the mountains, and let the hills hear thy voice.

Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty; but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbor.

Diverse weights, and diverse measures, Both of them alike are an abomination to Jehovah.

saying, When will the new moon be gone, that we may sell grain? and the sabbath, that we may set forth wheat, making the ephah small, and the shekel great, and dealing falsely with balances of deceit;that we may buy the poor for silver, and the needy for a pair of shoes, and sell the refuse of the wheat?
