He shall bathe himself with water in the sanctuary area and put on his regular garments. Then he shall come out and sacrifice the burnt offering for himself and the burnt offering for the people, to make atonement for himself and for the people.

亞倫進入聖所時要帶一頭公牛犢作贖罪祭，一隻公綿羊作燔祭。他要穿上細麻布的聖內袍，也要把細麻布的褲子穿在身上，腰束細麻布的帶子，頭戴細麻布禮冠；這些就是聖衣。他要先用水洗身，然後才穿上聖衣。他要從以色列的會眾中，取兩隻公山羊作贖罪祭，一隻公綿羊作燔祭。

所以，弟兄們！我們憑著耶穌的血，可以坦然無懼地進入至聖所。這進入的路，是他給我們開闢的，是一條通過幔子、又新又活的路，這幔子就是他的身體。我們既然有一位偉大的祭司治理神的家，我們良心的邪惡既然被灑淨，身體也用清水洗淨了，那麼，我們就應該懷著真誠的心和完備的信，進到神面前；

這些只是關於飲食和各樣潔淨的禮儀，是在“更新的時候”來到之前，為肉體立的規例。

你要把亞倫和他兒子們帶到會幕門口，用水給他們洗身。你要拿衣服來，給亞倫穿上雜色內袍、以弗得的長外袍、以弗得和胸牌，又束上巧工織成的以弗得的帶子。

這些就是他們要做的衣服：胸牌、以弗得、長外袍、雜色內袍、禮冠、腰帶。他們要為你哥哥亞倫和他的眾子做聖衣，使他們作事奉我的祭司。他們要拿金線、藍色紫色朱紅色線和細麻去做。“他們要拿金線、藍色紫色朱紅色線和撚的細麻，用巧工來做以弗得。以弗得要有兩條肩帶，連接著兩端，好使它相連在一起。以弗得上面的帶子，它的巧工要和以弗得一樣，用來束上以弗得，要用金線、藍色紫色朱紅色線和撚的細麻做成。你要取兩塊紅寶石，把以色列眾子的名字刻在上面，六個名字在一塊寶石上，其餘六個名字在另一塊寶石上，都是照著他們出生的次序。好像寶石雕刻匠刻印章一樣，你要把以色列眾子的名字刻在這兩塊寶石上，要把它們鑲嵌在金槽中。你要把這兩塊寶石安放在以弗得的肩帶上，作以色列民的記念石。亞倫在耶和華面前，用兩肩擔當他們的名字，作為記念。你要做金槽，和兩條純金的鍊子，像做繩子一樣擰成，把這像繩子一樣的鍊子放置在二槽上。

摸了這些的人，必不潔淨到晚上；如果他不用水洗身，就不可吃聖物。

又從那信實的見證人、死人中首先復生的、地上眾君王的統治者耶穌基督臨到你們。他愛我們，用自己的血把我們從我們的罪中釋放出來，又使我們成為國度，作他父神的祭司。願榮耀權能都歸給他，直到永永遠遠。阿們。

摩西領亞倫和他的兒子來，用水給他們洗身。然後給亞倫穿上內袍，束上腰帶，穿上外袍，又加上以弗得，用巧工織成的以弗得帶子束上，把以弗得繫在他身上。又給他佩上胸牌，把烏陵和土明放在胸牌裡面，把禮冠戴在他頭上；在禮冠前面安上金牌，就是聖冠，都是照著耶和華吩咐摩西的。

第七天，他要把身上一切的毛髮都剃去；頭髮、鬍鬚、眉毛和身上一切的毛髮都剃去；又要洗衣服，用水洗身，就潔淨了。
