On the seventh day the priest is to examine them again, and if the sore has faded and has not spread in the skin, the priest shall pronounce them clean; it is only a rash. They must wash their clothes, and they will be clean.

因為我們在許多方面難免有過失。如果誰在言語上沒有過失，他就是純全的人，也能在各方面保持自制。

求你從天上垂聽，使他們得勝。

誰能知道自己的過失呢？求你赦免我心中隱藏的過錯。

誰敢說：「我心靈潔淨，純潔無罪？」

凡拿牠們屍體的人都必須洗淨所穿的衣服，要等到傍晚才能潔淨。你們要視牠們為不潔淨的動物。

你們要接納信心軟弱的弟兄姊妹，不要因為看法不同便彼此批評。

他必以敬畏耶和華為樂。他不憑眼見施行審判，不憑耳聞斷定是非，而是按公義審判貧窮人，以公正為受苦者斷案。他必用口中的杖擊打世界，以嘴裡的氣殺戮惡人。

祂潔淨了我們被罪困擾的良心，用清水洗淨了我們的身體。因此，我們要信心十足、真誠地到上帝面前。

親愛的弟兄姊妹，我們既然有這些應許，就當洗淨自己身體和靈魂一切的污穢，存著敬畏上帝的心追求完全聖潔。

誠然，在地上無法找到一個一生行善、從未犯罪的義人。

任何人如果吃牠的肉，或拿牠的屍體，都必須洗淨衣服，等到傍晚才能潔淨。

狡詐、墮落的一代啊，你們卻對祂不忠，行事敗壞，不配做祂的兒女。

只要你的以色列子民，或個人或全體，自知心中痛苦並向著這殿伸手禱告，無論祈求什麼，

「如果有人皮膚上長腫包、皮疹或白斑，出現痲瘋病症狀，要將他帶到祭司亞倫或亞倫做祭司的子孫那裡。

壓傷的蘆葦，祂不折斷；將殘的燈火，祂不吹滅。祂必信實地帶來正義。
