“ Speak to the people of Israel, saying, If a woman conceives and bears a male child, then she shall be unclean seven days. As at the time of her menstruation, she shall be unclean.

“你要告诉以色列人：如果有妇人怀孕，生了男孩，她就不洁净七天，好像患病污秽的日子不洁净一样。

「你曉諭以色列人說：若有婦人懷孕生男孩，她就不潔淨七天，像在月經污穢的日子不潔淨一樣。

「你要吩咐以色列人說：婦人若懷孕生男孩，就不潔淨七天，像在月經污穢的期間不潔淨一樣。

「你要吩咐以色列人說：婦人若懷孕生男孩，就不潔淨七天，像在月經污穢的期間不潔淨一樣。

「你把以下條例告訴以色列人。「如果有婦人生了男嬰，她就要不潔淨七天，像在經期內不潔淨一樣。

告以色列族云、婦懷妊生男、必蒙不潔、歷至七日、如癸水行時之不潔然、

告以色列族云、婦懷妊生男、必蒙不潔、歷至七日、如癸水適至、別室居處然。

爾告以色列人云、若婦懷孕生子、必不潔七日、與行經之時不潔無異、

“ Say to the Israelites:‘ A woman who becomes pregnant and gives birth to a son will be ceremonially unclean for seven days, just as she is unclean during her monthly period.

“ Speak to the Israelites. Tell them,‘ Suppose a woman becomes pregnant and has a baby boy. Then she will be“ unclean” for seven days. It is the same as when she is“ unclean” during her monthly period.

“ Give the following instructions to the people of Israel. If a woman becomes pregnant and gives birth to a son, she will be ceremonially unclean for seven days, just as she is unclean during her menstrual period.

“ Tell the Israelites: When a woman becomes pregnant and gives birth to a male child, she will be unclean seven days, as she is during the days of her menstrual impurity.

“ Speak to the sons of Israel, saying:‘ When a woman gives birth and delivers a male child, then she shall be unclean for seven days; as she is in the days of her menstruation, she shall be unclean.

“ Speak to the children of Israel, saying:‘ If a woman has conceived, and borne a male child, then she shall be unclean seven days; as in the days of her customary impurity she shall be unclean.

Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a woman conceive seed, and bear a man- child, then she shall be unclean seven days; as in the days of the impurity of her sickness shall she be unclean.

“ Tell the Israelites: When a woman becomes pregnant and gives birth to a male child, she will be unclean seven days, as she is during the days of her menstrual impurity.

Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a woman have conceived seed, and born a man child: then she shall be unclean seven days; according to the days of the separation for her infirmity shall she be unclean.

“ Tell the Israelites,‘ When a woman produces offspring and bears a male child, she will be unclean seven days, as she is unclean during the days of her menstruation.

“ Speak to the children of Israel, saying,‘ If a woman conceives, and bears a male child, then she shall be unclean seven days; as in the days of her monthly period she shall be unclean.

“ When a woman has a discharge, and the discharge in her body is blood, she shall be in her menstrual impurity for seven days, and whoever touches her shall be unclean until the evening.

How then can man be in the right before God? How can he who is born of woman be pure?

And God blessed them. And God said to them,“ Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”

Who can bring a clean thing out of an unclean? There is not one.

And when the time came for their purification according to the Law of Moses, they brought him up to Jerusalem to present him to the Lord

What is man, that he can be pure? Or he who is born of a woman, that he can be righteous?

“ You shall not approach a woman to uncover her nakedness while she is in her menstrual uncleanness.

Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin did my mother conceive me.

Therefore, just as sin came into the world through one man, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men because all sinned—for sin indeed was in the world before the law was given, but sin is not counted where there is no law.Yet death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those whose sinning was not like the transgression of Adam, who was a type of the one who was to come.But the free gift is not like the trespass. For if many died through one man’s trespass, much more have the grace of God and the free gift by the grace of that one man Jesus Christ abounded for many.And the free gift is not like the result of that one man’s sin. For the judgment following one trespass brought condemnation, but the free gift following many trespasses brought justification.For if, because of one man’s trespass, death reigned through that one man, much more will those who receive the abundance of grace and the free gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man Jesus Christ.Therefore, as one trespass led to condemnation for all men, so one act of righteousness leads to justification and life for all men.For as by the one man’s disobedience the many were made sinners, so by the one man’s obedience the many will be made righteous.

To the woman he said,“ I will surely multiply your pain in childbearing; in pain you shall bring forth children. Your desire shall be contrary to your husband, but he shall rule over you.”
