You may eat any animal that has a divided hoof and that chews the cud.

不可將有酵餅連祭肉一齊喫；七天之內要將無酵餅、就是困苦餅、連祭肉一齊喫——因為你出埃及地、是慌慌張張出來的——好使你一生的日子都能記念你從埃及地出來的日子。你全境內、七天都不可見有酵在你那裏：頭一天晚上你所宰獻的肉、一點也不可留過夜到早晨。你不能在永恆主你的上帝所賜給你的任一座城去宰獻逾越節祭牲；你只能到永恆主你的上帝所要選擇做他名之居所的地方、在晚上日落的時候、你出埃及的時刻、在那裏去宰獻逾越節祭牲；在永恆主你的上帝所要選擇的地方煮來喫；早晨才轉身回家去。你要喫無酵餅六天；第七天要向永恆主你的上帝守聖節會；不可作工。

不依惡人的計謀而行，不站在罪人的道路，不坐在褻慢人的座位，這人有福啊！他所喜愛的、是永恆主的律法，他晝夜所思想的、也是主的律法。

這裏的人比在帖撒羅尼迦的高尚；他們很熱心地接受這道，天天考查經典、看這些事是不是這樣。

捨棄愚蠢，來活着！來走明達的道路！』

所以『主說：你們要從他們中間出來，自己分別出來；不潔淨之物別接觸了；我就收納你們』；

我今日所吩咐你的這些話、你都要牢記在心：用來磨鍊你的兒女；無論你是坐在家裏，是行在路上，是躺下、是起來，都要講論。

弟子啊，你若接受我的訓言，將我的誡命珍藏於心中，留心側耳聽智慧，傾心求明哲；

這些事你要殷勤地實行，要專心致力在這上頭，使你的進步讓眾人看得明顯。

因為智慧必入你心；知識必成為你所喜悅的；
