因他并不甘心使人受苦，使人忧愁。

他并不存心要人受苦，令世人忧愁。

祂不愿使人忧伤、痛苦。

因为他心里本不是要人受困苦，或是要世人愁苦。

因他並不甘心使人受苦，使人憂愁。

祂不願使人憂傷、痛苦。

因為他心裡本不是要人受困苦，或是要世人愁苦。

因為他並非由衷而使人遭苦難，他並不甘心使人類受苦。

彼加苦難、使人憂戚、非其心兮、

主責民、非其心兮。

主使世人受苦懷憂、非其本心、非其本心或作非其心所欲

For he does not willingly bring affliction or grief to anyone.

He doesn’t want to bring pain or suffering to anyone.

for he does not afflict from his heart or grieve the children of men.

For he does not enjoy hurting people or causing them sorrow.

For he does not enjoy bringing affliction or suffering on mankind.

For He does not afflict willingly Or grieve the sons of mankind.

Besides, we have experienced discipline from our earthly fathers and we respected them; shall we not submit ourselves all the more to the Father of spirits and receive life?For they disciplined us for a little while as seemed good to them, but he does so for our benefit, that we may share his holiness.

For I take no delight in the death of anyone, declares the sovereign LORD. Repent and live!

For the LORD will rise up, as he did at Mount Perazim, he will rouse himself, as he did in the Valley of Gibeon, to accomplish his work, his peculiar work, to perform his task, his strange task.
