敵口孔張、切齒憤聲、曰、我所望者、今日之事、斯邑吞噬、我所目睹兮。

爾之諸敵、向爾張口、嗤笑切齒、曰、我儕已吞噬之、我所望之日、今已至矣、我所目睹、

All your enemies open their mouths wide against you; they scoff and gnash their teeth and say,“ We have swallowed her up. This is the day we have waited for; we have lived to see it.”

All your enemies open their mouths wide against you. They laugh at you and grind their teeth. They say,“ We have swallowed up Jerusalem’s people. This is the day we’ve waited for. And we’ve lived to see it.”

All your enemies rail against you; they hiss, they gnash their teeth, they cry:“ We have swallowed her! Ah, this is the day we longed for; now we have it; we see it!”

All your enemies mock you. They scoff and snarl and say,“ We have destroyed her at last! We have long waited for this day, and it is finally here!”

All your enemies open their mouths against you. They hiss and gnash their teeth, saying,“ We have swallowed her up. This is the day we have waited for! We have lived to see it.”

All your enemies Have opened their mouths wide against you; They hiss and gnash their teeth. They say,“ We have engulfed her! This certainly is the day which we awaited; We have reached it, we have seen it!”

肆口謗我曰、嘻嘻、我目見之兮、

我之諸敵、向我大張厥口兮、

我敵終日欲噬我、傲然攻我者眾多兮、

以怒破裂我、窘迫我、向我切齒、我敵拭目視我、彼眾向我張吻、批頰辱我、集會攻我、

向我張口、如咆哮吞噬之獅兮、

錫安民曰、巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒噬我毀我、棄我如空器、吞我如鱷魚、以我珍饈果腹、驅我而出、彼虐遇我、暨我骨肉、願罪歸巴比倫、耶路撒冷民曰、彼流我血、願罪歸迦勒底居民、

彼如筵間戲謔之妄人、向我切齒兮、

惡人謀害義人、向之切齒、

奮怒於我、則生吞我兮、

故爾當預言曰、主耶和華云、敵人使爾荒涼、四周吞噬、俾為列國遺民之業、為喋喋者談論、被人毀謗、

摩押之毀謗、亞捫人之詬辱、我聞之矣、彼詆我民、自大而侵其境、故萬軍之耶和華、以色列之上帝曰、我指己生而誓、摩押將如所多瑪、亞捫將如蛾摩拉、徧成蒺藜斥鹵之地、永久荒蕪、我之遺民、必虜其人、我之餘民、必據其土、因彼驕矜自大、毀謗萬軍耶和華之民、故必遇此也、

主耶和華曰、因爾向以色列地鼓掌頓足、滿心蔑視、欣喜不勝、

欲噬我者詬詈我時、彼必自天施援、上帝必發其慈惠誠實兮、

彼謂惡疾附於其身、既已偃臥、永不復起兮、

惡者見之而恚恨、切齒而消亡、惡黨所欲、必歸烏有兮、

眾聞之、忿極、向之切齒、

惡人與詭詐者、啟口攻我、以欺誑之舌語我兮、

主耶和華曰、非利士人心存蔑視、而行報復、從其永憾、圖滅我民、

凡遇之者、則吞噬之、敵曰、耶和華為義所、乃其列祖之望、而彼干犯之、故我儕無罪焉、

以色列既見吞、在列國中、如人不悅之器、

曰、爾亞捫族、宜聽主耶和華之言、主耶和華曰、昔我聖所玷污、以色列地荒蕪、猶大家被虜、爾則曰、嘻嘻、

爾昆弟遘災之日、爾不可旁觀、猶大人見滅之日、爾不可欣喜、於其遭難之日、爾不可狂言、我民遇禍之日、爾不可入其邑門、受罰之日、爾不可旁觀其苦、罹害之日、爾不可攘取其財、不可立於通衢、而絕其逃脫者、於其患難之日、不可付其遺民於敵、蓋耶和華之日近臨萬邦、爾所為者、加諸爾身、爾所行者、歸於爾首、爾猶大人、在我聖山而飲、萬邦亦將如是恆飲、且飲且咽、將若未嘗有者、

以色列乃離散之羊、為獅所逐、始則亞述王吞噬之、終則巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒折其骨、

蓋爾荒寂之區、傾毀之地、今有居民、成為狹隘、吞噬爾者將遠爾也、
