你们必须先将这些祭物献给你们的上帝后，才可以吃饼、烘烤的谷物和新鲜穗子。不论住在哪里，你们都要世代遵守这永远不变的律例。

在节期的七天之内，你们只可以吃无酵饼，到了第七天，你们要为耶和华守节期。七天之内要吃无酵饼，你们境内不得有酵或是带酵的东西。

从一月十五日开始是耶和华的无酵节，一连七天你们必须吃无酵饼。

从一月十四日晚上开始，直到二十一日晚上，你们都要吃无酵饼。在这七天内，你们屋里不能有酵。任何人若吃了有酵的东西，不论他是寄居者还是本地人，要将他从以色列会众中铲除。无论你们住在哪里都要吃无酵饼，不能吃有酵的食物。”
