到了天黑壓壓的時候，你要當他們眼前將物件搭在肩頭上帶出去；要把臉蒙住，使你看不見地；因為我立了你做以色列家的兆頭。』我就照所受吩咐的去行，大白日天把我的物件帶出去，好像流亡時應用的物件；到了傍晚、我親手把牆挖通；天黑壓壓的時候、我就當他們眼前把物件搭在肩頭上帶出去。第二天早晨、永恆主的話傳與我說：『人子啊，以色列家叛逆之家、豈不是問你說：「你作了甚麼？」你要對他們說：「主永恆主這麼說：這神託是關於耶路撒冷的人君和它裏面的以色列全家的。你要說：「我做你們的兆頭：我怎樣行，他們的遭遇也必怎樣；他們必流亡去為俘虜。他們中間的人君必在天黑壓壓時將物件搭在肩頭上而出去；他必把牆挖通了，從那裏出去；他必將臉蒙住，使他不能以眼看到地。我必將我的網撒在他身上，他必在我的網羅中被捉住；我必將他帶到巴比倫、迦勒底人之地；但是那地他是看不見的；他也必死在那裏。他四圍一切援助他的、和他所有的部隊、我都必給四散於四方；我必拔刀追趕他們。我使他們分散在列國，四散在列邦，他們就知道我乃是永恆主。但我卻要留下他們少數的人免遭刀劍、免受饑荒、免患瘟疫，使他們在所到的列國中敘說他們一切可厭惡之像的事，他們就知道我乃是永恆主。』
