今當寅畏耶和華、以真以誠崇事之、去除爾祖昔在河東、暨在埃及所事之神、惟崇事耶和華、

故當真實毋妄、畏耶和華而服事、昔在大河東與埃及國、爾祖所事之上帝、汝必去之、惟奉事耶和華。

故當畏主、以誠心真意奉事主、爾祖在河東、在伊及所事之諸神、爾當除之、惟崇事主、

“ Now fear the Lord and serve him with all faithfulness. Throw away the gods your ancestors worshiped beyond the Euphrates River and in Egypt, and serve the Lord.

“ So have respect for the Lord. Serve him. Be completely faithful to him. Throw away the gods your people worshiped east of the Euphrates River and in Egypt. Serve the Lord.

“ So fear the Lord and serve him wholeheartedly. Put away forever the idols your ancestors worshiped when they lived beyond the Euphrates River and in Egypt. Serve the Lord alone.

“ Therefore, fear the LORD and worship him in sincerity and truth. Get rid of the gods your ancestors worshiped beyond the Euphrates River and in Egypt, and worship the LORD.

“ Now, therefore, fear the Lord and serve Him in sincerity and truth; and do away with the gods which your fathers served beyond the Euphrates River and in Egypt, and serve the Lord.

“ Now therefore, fear the Lord, serve Him in sincerity and in truth, and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the River and in Egypt. Serve the Lord!

Now therefore fear Jehovah, and serve him in sincerity and in truth; and put away the gods which your fathers served beyond the River, and in Egypt; and serve ye Jehovah.

“ Therefore, fear the Lord and worship Him in sincerity and truth. Get rid of the gods your fathers worshiped beyond the Euphrates River and in Egypt, and worship Yahweh.

Now therefore fear the LORD, and serve him in sincerity and in truth: and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the flood, and in Egypt; and serve ye the LORD.

Now obey the LORD and worship him with integrity and loyalty. Put aside the gods your ancestors worshiped beyond the Euphrates and in Egypt and worship the LORD.

“ Now therefore fear Yahweh, and serve him in sincerity and in truth. Put away the gods which your fathers served beyond the River, in Egypt; and serve Yahweh.

Only fear the Lord and serve him faithfully with all your heart. For consider what great things he has done for you.

“ And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God require of you, but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in all his ways, to love him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul,

Blessed are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the law of the Lord!

So Jacob said to his household and to all who were with him,“ Put away the foreign gods that are among you and purify yourselves and change your garments.

He said,“ Then put away the foreign gods that are among you, and incline your heart to the Lord, the God of Israel.”

For our boast is this, the testimony of our conscience, that we behaved in the world with simplicity and godly sincerity, not by earthly wisdom but by the grace of God, and supremely so toward you.

You shall be blameless before the Lord your God,

“ You shall have no other gods before me.“ You shall not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.

Did he not himself say to me,‘ She is my sister’? And she herself said,‘ He is my brother.’ In the integrity of my heart and the innocence of my hands I have done this.”Then God said to him in the dream,“ Yes, I know that you have done this in the integrity of your heart, and it was I who kept you from sinning against me. Therefore I did not let you touch her.

And Joshua said to all the people,“ Thus says the Lord, the God of Israel,‘ Long ago, your fathers lived beyond the Euphrates, Terah, the father of Abraham and of Nahor; and they served other gods.

So they shall no more sacrifice their sacrifices to goat demons, after whom they whore. This shall be a statute forever for them throughout their generations.

“ And I said to their children in the wilderness,‘ Do not walk in the statutes of your fathers, nor keep their rules, nor defile yourselves with their idols.

As for that in the good soil, they are those who, hearing the word, hold it fast in an honest and good heart, and bear fruit with patience.

Grace be with all who love our Lord Jesus Christ with love incorruptible.

So the church throughout all Judea and Galilee and Samaria had peace and was being built up. And walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, it multiplied.

But with you there is forgiveness, that you may be feared.

When Abram was ninety-nine years old the Lord appeared to Abram and said to him,“ I am God Almighty; walk before me, and be blameless,

There was a man in the land of Uz whose name was Job, and that man was blameless and upright, one who feared God and turned away from evil.

They played the whore in Egypt; they played the whore in their youth; there their breasts were pressed and their virgin bosoms handled.

so that you may approve what is excellent, and so be pure and blameless for the day of Christ,

“ Did you bring to me sacrifices and offerings during the forty years in the wilderness, O house of Israel?You shall take up Sikkuth your king, and Kiyyun your star-god— your images that you made for yourselves,

May my heart be blameless in your statutes, that I may not be put to shame!

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; all those who practice it have a good understanding. His praise endures forever!

And he said to man,‘ Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom, and to turn away from evil is understanding.’”

But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him.God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”

And I said to them,‘ Cast away the detestable things your eyes feast on, every one of you, and do not defile yourselves with the idols of Egypt; I am the Lord your God.’But they rebelled against me and were not willing to listen to me. None of them cast away the detestable things their eyes feasted on, nor did they forsake the idols of Egypt.“ Then I said I would pour out my wrath upon them and spend my anger against them in the midst of the land of Egypt.

Afterward the children of Israel shall return and seek the Lord their God, and David their king, and they shall come in fear to the Lord and to his goodness in the latter days.
