你們若斷然轉離，緊緊跟隨你們中間所剩下的這些國家，彼此結親，互相往來，

如果你們轉離耶和華，與你們中間剩下的這些國家的餘民聯絡，和他們通婚，互相來往，

你們若稍微轉離，去緊依附着這些在你們中間剩下來的餘留之國的人，而和他們彼此結親，攙雜通婚，

如爾反是、恆從爾中遺民、與之嫁娶往來、

如爾違背、而與爾中所遺之民聯絡、與之嫁娶往來、往來或作相雜

“ But if you turn away and ally yourselves with the survivors of these nations that remain among you and if you intermarry with them and associate with them,

“ But suppose you turn away from him. You mix with the people who are left alive in the nations that remain among you. Later, you and they get married to each other. And you do other kinds of things with them.

For if you turn back and cling to the remnant of these nations remaining among you and make marriages with them, so that you associate with them and they with you,

“ But if you turn away from him and cling to the customs of the survivors of these nations remaining among you, and if you intermarry with them,

If you ever turn away and become loyal to the rest of these nations remaining among you, and if you intermarry or associate with them and they with you,

For if you ever go back and cling to the rest of these nations, these which remain with you, and intermarry with them, so that you associate with them and they with you,

Or else, if indeed you do go back, and cling to the remnant of these nations— these that remain among you— and make marriages with them, and go in to them and they to you,

Else if ye do at all go back, and cleave unto the remnant of these nations, even these that remain among you, and make marriages with them, and go in unto them, and they to you;

For if you turn away and cling to the rest of these nations remaining among you, and if you intermarry or associate with them and they with you,

Else if ye do in any wise go back, and cleave unto the remnant of these nations,[ even] these that remain among you, and shall make marriages with them, and go in unto them, and they to you:

But if you ever turn away and make alliances with these nations that remain near you, and intermarry with them and establish friendly relations with them,

“ But if you do at all go back, and hold fast to the remnant of these nations, even these who remain among you, and make marriages with them, and go in to them, and they to you;

勿相嫁娶、爾女勿嫁其子、爾子勿娶其女、

與背耶和華、而不從之者、及不尋求耶和華、而不訪之者、○

遂往、又攜七鬼惡於己者、入而居之、其人後患、較前尤劇、此惡世亦必如是、○

即爾藉爾僕諸先知所命曰、爾所往據之地、乃為不潔、緣斯土諸族之污、與可憎之事、充乎四境、勿以爾女嫁其子、勿為爾子娶其女、勿求其平康及昌熾、使爾強盛、可食其地嘉產、貽厥子孫、世為恆業、

勿與不信者耦、蓋義與不義、何侶之有、光與暗、何交之有、基督與惡者、何契之有、信者與不信者、何與之有、上帝殿與偶像、何同之有、我儕乃維生上帝殿、如上帝曰、我將居其中、遊其間、我為彼上帝、彼為我民、故曰、爾宜出厥中而自別、勿捫不潔、我則納爾、

時、我見猶大人、娶亞實突亞捫摩押之女為室、其子女所言者、半屬亞實突方言、猶大方言則不能、惟言諸族方言而已、我則斥之、詛之、撻其數人、拔其髮、使指上帝而誓、必不以己女嫁其子、不娶其女為妻為媳、謂之曰、以色列王所羅門、非因此而犯罪乎、彼在列國中、無王可比、上帝愛之、立為以色列王、然異邦之女誘之干罪、

愛毋偽、惡惡而親善、

彼偏行曲徑者、耶和華必曳之、使與惡黨同出、願平康歸於以色列兮、

蓋其言矜誇虛誕、由形軀之慾、以淫邪誘惑甫脫妄行者、許之以自由、而己則為邪慝之奴、蓋為其所勝者、即為其奴也、人既因識主救者耶穌基督、得脫世污、若復為其所累所勝、則後患尤劇於前、蓋未識義路、較識之而背所受之聖誡猶愈也、斯人也、如諺所云、犬既吐而轉食之、豕既浴而復淖之、

所羅門年邁時、后妃誘之、附於他神、不專心從其上帝耶和華、如父大衛、

中心膠漆、愛慕殊深、語以甘言、

斯事既畢、諸牧伯就我曰、以色列眾、及祭司利未人、未與斯土之民絕交、效迦南人、赫人、比利洗人、耶布斯人、亞捫人、摩押人、埃及人、亞摩利人、行其可憎之事、娶其女為妻為媳、致使聖民與諸族相雜、牧伯民長為其首惡、

爾其慎之、所往之地、勿與其居民立約、恐為爾之坎阱、必毀其壇、碎其柱像、斫其木偶、勿崇奉他神、蓋耶和華乃忌邪之上帝、名為忌邪、勿與居民立約、恐彼狥欲、從其神而獻祭、招爾共食祭品、而爾取其女妻爾子、其女狥欲從其神、使爾子亦狥欲從之、

厥口所言、奸惡詭譎、絕於智慧善行兮、

耶和華曾諭以色列人云、勿與彼族往來相通、彼必誘惑爾心、俾從其神、然所羅門戀愛其女、

噫、干罪之邦、負咎之民、作惡之輩、妄行之子、離棄耶和華、輕視以色列之聖者、疏而遠之、

民亦不遵耶和華命、滅絕異邦、乃與諸族雜處、習其行為兮、

如義人轉離其義而行惡、效惡人行可惡之事、豈得生存乎、其所行之義、不復見憶、必死於其所蹈之愆、所犯之罪、

由是其徒多退、不復從之、

惟我義者、必由信而生、若其退縮、我心不悅之、然我儕非屬退縮而致淪亡者、乃屬信而致靈之得救者也、

人自謂在光中、而惡兄弟、乃尚在暗中也、

大衛與掃羅言畢、約拿單之心、與大衛之心相契、約拿單愛之如命、當日掃羅留之、不使復歸父家、約拿單與大衛結約、愛之如命故也、

是以人將離父母、膠漆其妻、成為一體、
