以色列族聞言則悅、頌美上帝、遂不攻流便伽得族、以滅其地。

They were glad to hear the report and praised God. And they talked no more about going to war against them to devastate the country where the Reubenites and the Gadites lived.

The people were glad to hear the report. They praised God. They didn’t talk anymore about going to war against the eastern tribes. And they didn’t talk anymore about destroying the country where the tribes of Reuben and Gad lived.

And the report was good in the eyes of the people of Israel. And the people of Israel blessed God and spoke no more of making war against them to destroy the land where the people of Reuben and the people of Gad were settled.

And all the Israelites were satisfied and praised God and spoke no more of war against Reuben and Gad.

The Israelites were pleased with the report, and they blessed God. They spoke no more about going to war against them to ravage the land where the Reubenites and Gadites lived.

The word pleased the sons of Israel, and the sons of Israel blessed God; and they did not speak of going up against them in battle to destroy the land in which the sons of Reuben and the sons of Gad were living.

So the thing pleased the children of Israel, and the children of Israel blessed God; they spoke no more of going against them in battle, to destroy the land where the children of Reuben and Gad dwelt.

既夕、上帝於異象中、以秘奧示但以理、但以理祝天上上帝、

大闢告眾曰、宜頌讚爾之上帝耶和華。會眾遂頌讚列祖之上帝耶和華、伏拜耶和華與王。

眾默然聽巴拿巴、保羅、述上帝用己於異邦人中、行異跡奇事、○

大闢曰、以色列族之上帝耶和華、今日遣爾迎我、當頌美之。爾今日勸我、不流血、不伸冤、願得純嘏。

今提摩太由爾反、報我嘉音、言爾信愛主、緬懷我、常欲見我、如我之欲見爾、故我患難顛沛中、念兄弟信主、為爾受慰、爾宗主堅立、我則生矣、

非第以其至慰我、實以彼受慰爾曹、以爾之戀慕、憂心、熱中愛我、來告、令我喜而又喜、

讀之、喜其慰辭、

祝謝吾主耶穌基督父上帝、因基督、使我儕受神貺在天、

以士喇高立開卷、眾見之、肅然而起、以士喇頌讚至尊上帝耶和華、民咸舉手、僉曰、正心所願、正心所願、俯伏拜耶和華。
