Now the family heads of the Levites approached Eleazar the priest, Joshua son of Nun, and the heads of the other tribal families of Israel

The leaders of the Levite family groups approached Eleazar the priest and Joshua, the son of Nun. They also approached the leaders of the family groups of Israel’s other tribes.

Then the heads of the fathers’ houses of the Levites came to Eleazar the priest and to Joshua the son of Nun and to the heads of the fathers’ houses of the tribes of the people of Israel.

Then the leaders of the tribe of Levi came to consult with Eleazar the priest, Joshua son of Nun, and the leaders of the other tribes of Israel.

The heads of the Levite families approached Eleazar the priest, Joshua son of Nun, and the heads of the families of the Israelite tribes.

Then came near the heads of the fathers of the Levites unto Eleazar the priest, and unto Joshua the son of Nun, and unto the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel;

The tribal leaders of the Levites went before Eleazar the priest and Joshua son of Nun and the Israelite tribal leaders

Then the heads of fathers’ houses of the Levites came near to Eleazar the priest, and to Joshua the son of Nun, and to the heads of fathers’ houses of the tribes of the children of Israel.

以色列人在迦南所得之地、即祭司以利亞撒、與嫩之子約書亞、及以色列各支派族長、所予民為業之地、如下所記、

俱就祭司以利亞撒及嫩之子約書亞、與諸牧伯前曰、主曾命摩西在我本族本族原文作兄弟中、以業給我、約書亞遂在其伯叔中賜之以業、循主所命、

以上所載、即祭司以利亞撒、嫩之子約書亞、及以色列各支派族長、在示羅在會幕門、在主前、以鬮所分之業、於是分地之事已畢、

以色列人各宗族之名氏、記列如左、以色列長子流便之子、乃哈諾、法路、希斯崙、迦米、是乃流便諸宗族、

亞倫之子以利亞撒、娶普鐵女為妻、生非尼哈、以上所記、皆利未支派諸宗族、按其世系、

為爾曹分業者、乃祭司以利亞撒與嫩之子約書亞、每一支派擇一牧伯助之、其人之名乃此、猶大支派、耶孚尼子迦勒、西緬支派、亞米忽子示母利、便雅憫支派、基斯倫子以利達、但支派、牧伯約利子布基、約瑟子孫瑪拿西支派、牧伯以弗子漢聶、以法蓮支派、牧伯拾坦子基母列、西布倫支派、牧伯帕納子以利撒番、以薩迦支派、牧伯阿散子巴鐵、亞設支派、牧伯示羅米子亞希忽、拿弗他利支派、牧伯亞米忽子必大黑、此諸人即主命以迦南地分於以色列人為業者、
