权杖必不离犹大，统治者的杖必不离他两脚之间，直等细罗来到，万民都要归顺他。

在我父的家里有许多住处；若是没有，我就早已告诉你们了。我去原是为你们预备地方去。我若去为你们预备了地方，就必再来接你们到我那里去，我在哪里，叫你们也在哪里。

若是约书亚已使他们享了安息，后来上帝就不会再提别的日子了。这样看来，另有一安息日的安息为上帝的子民保留着。

你们到我的地方示罗去，就是我先前在那里立为我名的居所，察看我因这百姓以色列的罪恶向那地方所行的事。现在，因你们行了这一切的事，我一再警戒你们，你们却不听从；我呼唤你们，你们也不回应。这是耶和华说的。所以我要向这称为我名下、你们所倚靠的殿，与我所赐给你们和你们祖先的地这样行，正如我从前向示罗所行的。

甚至离弃示罗的帐幕，就是他在人间所搭的帐棚；

这人每年从本城上到示罗，敬拜万军之耶和华，向他献祭。在那里有以利的两个儿子何弗尼和非尼哈当耶和华的祭司。

因为你曾赐给他权柄掌管凡血肉之躯的，使他把永生赐给你所赐给他的人。

他们又说：“看哪，一年一度耶和华的节期正在示罗举行。”示罗位于利波拿的南边，伯特利的北边，从伯特利往示剑大路的东边。

于是王要向他右边的说：‘你们这蒙我父赐福的，可来承受那创世以来为你们所预备的国。

耶稣说：“我所喝的杯，你们要喝。可是坐在我的左右，不是我可以赐的，而是我父为谁预备就赐给谁。”
