約瑟的子孫對約書亞說：“耶和華這樣賜福我們，我們族大人多，你為甚麼只給我們抽一份籤，分一份地作產業呢？”

约瑟的子孙对约书亚说：“耶和华到如今既然赐福与我们，我们也族大人多，你为什么仅将一阄一段之地分给我们为业呢？”

约瑟的子孙对约书亚说：“耶和华到如今这样赐福给我，我百姓众多，你为什么只给我抽一签，分一份的土地为业呢？”

约瑟的子孙对约书亚说：“耶和华到如今这样赐福给我，我百姓众多，你为什么只给我抽一签，分一份的土地为业呢？”

约瑟的子孙对约书亚说：“耶和华赐福给我们，使我们人口众多，为什么你只让我们抽一支签，分一份产业呢？”

约瑟的子孙对约书亚说：“耶和华这样赐福我们，我们族大人多，你为什么只给我们抽一份签，分一份地作产业呢？”

約瑟的子孫對約書亞說：「耶和華到如今既然賜福與我們，我們也族大人多，你為甚麼僅將一鬮一段之地分給我們為業呢？」

約瑟的子孫對約書亞說：「耶和華到如今這樣賜福給我，我百姓眾多，你為甚麼只給我抽一籤，分一份的土地為業呢？」

約瑟的子孫告訴約書亞說：『永恆主既然這樣賜福與我們，我們族民又多，你為甚麼只把一鬮一分之地分給我們為產業呢？』

約瑟裔謂約書亞曰、耶和華既錫嘏於我、使為大族、何僅予我一區為業、

約瑟子孫告約書亞曰、我蒙耶和華錫嘏、成為大族、何給我一區之地為業。

約瑟子孫謂約書亞曰、主至今賜福於我、使我人多族大、何僅予我一鬮之地為業、

The people of Joseph said to Joshua,“ Why have you given us only one allotment and one portion for an inheritance? We are a numerous people, and the Lord has blessed us abundantly.”

The people in the family line of Joseph spoke to Joshua. They said,“ Why have you given us only one share of the land to have as our own? There are large numbers of us. The Lord has blessed us greatly.”

Then the people of Joseph spoke to Joshua, saying,“ Why have you given me but one lot and one portion as an inheritance, although I am a numerous people, since all along the Lord has blessed me?”

The descendants of Joseph came to Joshua and asked,“ Why have you given us only one portion of land as our homeland when the Lord has blessed us with so many people?”

Joseph’s descendants said to Joshua,“ Why did you give us only one tribal allotment as an inheritance? We have many people, because the LORD has been blessing us greatly.”

Then the sons of Joseph spoke to Joshua, saying,“ Why have you given me only one lot and one portion as an inheritance, though I am a numerous people whom the Lord has blessed up to this point?”

Then the children of Joseph spoke to Joshua, saying,“ Why have you given us only one lot and one share to inherit, since we are a great people, inasmuch as the Lord has blessed us until now?”

And the children of Joseph spake unto Joshua, saying, Why hast thou given me but one lot and one part for an inheritance, seeing I am a great people, forasmuch as hitherto Jehovah hath blessed me?

Joseph’s descendants said to Joshua,“ Why did you give us only one tribal allotment as an inheritance? We have many people, because the Lord has been blessing us greatly.”

And the children of Joseph spake unto Joshua, saying, Why hast thou given me[ but] one lot and one portion to inherit, seeing I[ am] a great people, forasmuch as the LORD hath blessed me hitherto?

The descendants of Joseph said to Joshua,“ Why have you assigned us only one tribal allotment? After all, we have many people, for until now the LORD has enabled us to increase in number.”

The children of Joseph spoke to Joshua, saying,“ Why have you given me just one lot and one part for an inheritance, since we are a numerous people, because Yahweh has blessed us so far?”

現在我把從前用刀和弓，從亞摩利人手中奪過來的那塊山地賜給你，使你比眾兄弟多得一份。”

他父親卻不肯，說：“我知道，我兒啊，我知道，他也要成為一族，也要強大；只是他弟弟比他還要強大，他的後裔要成為多族。”

這些就是瑪拿西的各家族，他們被數點的，共有五萬二千七百人。以下就是以法蓮的子孫：按著家族，屬書提拉的，有書提拉家族；屬比結的，有比結家族；屬他罕的，有他罕家族。書提拉的子孫，屬以蘭的，有以蘭家族。這些就是以法蓮子孫的各家族，按著他們各家族被數點的，共有三萬二千五百人。按著他們的家族，這些都是約瑟的子孫。

約瑟是一根結果子的樹枝，是一根泉旁結果子的樹枝，他的枝條蔓延出牆外。弓箭手把他苦害，向他射箭敵對他。但他的弓依然堅硬，他的手臂仍舊敏捷，這是出於雅各的大能者之手；出於以色列的牧者，以色列的磐石。是你父親的神幫助你，是那全能者賜給你；他把從天上來的福，地下深淵蘊藏著的福，哺乳和生育的福，都賜給你。你父親的祝福，勝過我祖先的祝福﹙“勝過我祖先的祝福”有古譯本作“勝過亙古的山岡”﹚，勝過永遠山嶺上的美物。願這些福都降在約瑟的頭上，降在兄弟中作王子的那一位頭上。

論到約瑟，他說：“願他的地蒙耶和華賜福，得著從天上而來的上好甘露，以及蘊藏在地裡的泉水；得著從太陽而來的上好之物，每月所產的佳果；得著從太古之山而來的上品，從永遠之嶺而來的上好之物；得著從地所出的上好之物，和其中所充滿的；得著那住在荊棘中的耶和華的恩寵；願這些都臨到約瑟的頭上，就是臨到那在兄弟中作王子的人的頭上。他頭生的公牛大有威嚴；他的兩角是野牛的角，用來牴觸萬民，直到地極；這角是以法蓮的萬萬，那角是瑪拿西的千千。”
