A delegation from the tribe of Judah, led by Caleb son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite, came to Joshua at Gilgal. Caleb said to Joshua,“ Remember what the Lord said to Moses, the man of God, about you and me when we were at Kadesh barnea.

The descendants of Judah approached Joshua at Gilgal, and Caleb son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite said to him,“ You know what the LORD promised Moses the man of God at Kadesh-barnea about you and me.

Then the children of Judah came to Joshua in Gilgal. And Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite said to him:“ You know the word which the Lord said to Moses the man of God concerning you and me in Kadesh Barnea.

Then the children of Judah drew nigh unto Joshua in Gilgal: and Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite said unto him, Thou knowest the thing that Jehovah spake unto Moses the man of God concerning me and concerning thee in Kadesh- barnea.

The descendants of Judah approached Joshua at Gilgal, and Caleb son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite said to him,“ You know what the Lord promised Moses the man of God at Kadesh-barnea about you and me.

Then the children of Judah came unto Joshua in Gilgal: and Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenezite said unto him, Thou knowest the thing that the LORD said unto Moses the man of God concerning me and thee in Kadeshbarnea.

The men of Judah approached Joshua in Gilgal, and Caleb son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite said to him,“ You know what the LORD said about you and me to Moses, the man of God, at Kadesh Barnea.

Then the children of Judah came near to Joshua in Gilgal. Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite said to him,“ You know the thing that Yahweh spoke to Moses the man of God concerning me and concerning you in Kadesh Barnea.

But as for My servant Caleb, because he has had a different spirit and has followed Me fully, I will bring him into the land which he entered, and his descendants shall take possession of it.

By no means will you come into the land where I swore to settle you, except for Caleb the son of Jephunneh and Joshua the son of Nun.

from the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Jephunneh;

Therefore, Hebron became the inheritance of Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite to this day, because he followed the Lord God of Israel fully.

except Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite and Joshua the son of Nun; for they have followed the Lord fully.’

they went on and came to Moses and Aaron and to all the congregation of the sons of Israel, in the wilderness of Paran at Kadesh; and they brought back word to them and to all the congregation, and showed them the fruit of the land.

And Joshua the son of Nun and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, of those who had spied out the land, tore their clothes;

Othniel the son of Kenaz, the brother of Caleb, captured it; so he gave him Achsah his daughter as a wife.

Then Elisha came to Damascus. Now Ben hadad, the king of Aram, was sick, and it was told to him, saying,“ The man of God has come here.”

except Caleb the son of Jephunneh; he shall see it, and to him I will give the land on which he has set foot, and to his sons, because he has followed the Lord fully.’The Lord was angry with me also on your account, saying,‘ Not even you shall enter there.Joshua the son of Nun, who stands before you, shall himself enter there; encourage him, for he will give it to Israel as an inheritance.

So Joshua and all Israel with him returned to the camp at Gilgal.

Lord, You have been our dwelling place in all generations.

so that the man or woman of God may be fully capable, equipped for every good work.

Since that time no prophet has risen in Israel like Moses, whom the Lord knew face to face,

It is not this way for My servant Moses; He is faithful in all My household;With him I speak mouth to mouth, That is, openly, and not using mysterious language, And he beholds the form of the Lord. So why were you not afraid To speak against My servant, against Moses?”

Now behold, a man of God came from Judah to Bethel by the word of the Lord, while Jeroboam was standing at the altar to burn incense.

So Moses the servant of the Lord died there in the land of Moab, in accordance with the word of the Lord.

So he went after the man of God and found him sitting under an oak; and he said to him,“ Are you the man of God who came from Judah?” And he said,“ I am.”

But flee from these things, you man of God, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, perseverance, and gentleness.

Now a man came from Baal shalishah, and brought the man of God bread of the first fruits, twenty loaves of barley and fresh grain in his sack. And Elisha said,“ Give them to the people that they may eat.”

And he stared steadily at him until Hazael was embarrassed, and then the man of God wept.

Now the people came up from the Jordan on the tenth of the first month and camped at Gilgal, on the eastern edge of Jericho.

Now this is the blessing with which Moses the man of God blessed the sons of Israel before his death.

Then the woman came and told her husband, saying,“ A man of God came to me, and his appearance was like the appearance of the angel of God, very awesome. So I did not ask him where he came from, nor did he tell me his name.But he said to me,‘ Behold, you shall conceive and give birth to a son, and now you shall not drink wine or strong drink, nor eat any unclean thing, for the boy shall be a Nazirite to God from the womb to the day of his death.’ ”Then Manoah pleaded with the Lord and said,“ Lord, please let the man of God whom You have sent come to us again so that he may teach us what we are to do for the boy who is to be born.”

And she said to her husband,“ Behold now, I am aware that this is a holy man of God passing by us repeatedly.

Then he said,“ At this season next year, you are going to embrace a son.” And she said,“ No, my lord, you man of God, do not lie to your servant.”
