我猶強健、同於摩西遣我之日、昔我有力出入戰鬥、今猶如是、

我力強健、與摩西遣我之時無異、當時我出入戰鬥、氣盛力強、今亦如是。

今我年八十五歲矣、我力尚健、與摩西遣我之時無異、我力尚如彼時、能出入以戰、

I am still as strong today as the day Moses sent me out; I’m just as vigorous to go out to battle now as I was then.

摩西死的时候一百二十岁，眼目没有昏花，力量没有衰退。

对他们说：“我已经一百二十岁了，现在不能照常出入。耶和华曾对我说：‘你不得过这约旦河。’

他用美物使你的生命得以满足，以致你如鹰返老还童。

我们一生的年日是七十岁，若是强壮可到八十岁；但其中所矜夸的不过是劳苦愁烦，转眼即逝，我们便如飞而去。
