The territory from Aroer on the rim of the Arnon Gorge, and from the town in the middle of the gorge, and the whole plateau past Medeba

Their territory starts at Aroer on the rim of the Arnon River valley. It includes the town in the middle of the valley. It includes all of the high plains near Medeba.

So their territory was from Aroer, which is on the edge of the Valley of the Arnon, and the city that is in the middle of the valley, and all the tableland by Medeba;

Their territory extended from Aroer on the edge of the Arnon Gorge( including the town in the middle of the gorge) to the plain beyond Medeba.

審判臨到了平原之地，就是何倫、雅雜、米法押、底本、尼波、伯．低比拉太音、基列亭、伯．迦末、伯．米恩、加略、波斯拉和摩押地遠近所有城市。

“那時，我們佔領了那地，從亞嫩谷旁邊的亞羅珥起，我把基列山地的一半和其中的城市，都給了流本人和迦得人。

因為有火從希實本發出，有火燄從西宏的城冒出，吞滅了摩押的亞珥，燒毀了亞嫩河的高岡（按照《馬索拉文本》，“燒毀了亞嫩河的高岡”作“亞嫩河的高岡上的業主”﹔現參照《七十士譯本》翻譯）。摩押啊，你有禍了，基抹的民哪，你們滅亡了；基抹使自己的男子逃亡，使自己的女子被擄，交給了亞摩利人的王西宏。我們射擊他們，希實本就毀滅，直到底本。我們使地荒涼，直到挪法，挪法直伸到米底巴。”

希實本和以利亞利都呼喊，他們的聲音達到雅雜，因此摩押配帶武器的人大聲呼叫，各人的心都戰兢。

關於摩押的默示：一夜之間，摩押的亞珥受到蹂躪，就滅亡了！一夜之間，摩押的基珥受到蹂躪，也滅亡了！他們進入房子（“房子”或譯：“廟宇”），又往底本，上到高處去哭泣，摩押人為尼波和米底巴哀號；各人頭上都光禿，鬍鬚剃淨。

於是摩西把亞摩利王西宏的國，和巴珊王噩的國，連那地，和境內城市，以及那地周圍的城市，都給了迦得的子孫、流本的子孫和約瑟的兒子瑪拿西的半個支派。迦得的子孫修築了底本、亞他錄、亞羅珥、亞他錄．朔反、雅謝、約比哈、伯．寧拉、伯．哈蘭這些堅固的城市和羊圈。流本的子孫修築了希實本、以利亞利、基列亭、尼波、巴力．免（以上的名字是改了的）、西比瑪；又為他們修築的城市起了別的名字。

因此，摩押人必哀哭，各人一同為摩押哀哭，摩押人又要為吉珥．哈列設的葡萄餅哀歎憂傷。因為希實本的田地和西比瑪的葡萄樹都衰殘了，它們美好的枝子曾醉倒了列國的君主。它的嫩枝直達雅謝，蔓延到曠野，又向外伸展，越過鹽海。因此，我要為西比瑪的葡萄樹哀哭，像雅謝人的哀哭一樣。希實本和以利亞利啊！我要用眼淚浸透你；因為有吶喊的聲音臨到你夏天的果子和你收割的莊稼。
