“ Moses my servant is dead. Now then, you and all these people, get ready to cross the Jordan River into the land I am about to give to them— to the Israelites.

“ My servant Moses is dead. Now then, I want you and all these people to get ready to go across the Jordan River. I want all of you to go into the land I am about to give to the Israelites.

“ Moses my servant is dead. Now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, you and all this people, into the land that I am giving to them, to the people of Israel.

“ Moses my servant is dead. Therefore, the time has come for you to lead these people, the Israelites, across the Jordan River into the land I am giving them.

必命約書亞、強固厥志、導民濟河、得爾所見之土、

汝巡營諭民、預備糗糧、歷三日必濟約但、耶和華所賜之地、據而有之。

盍觀我僕、我扶翼之、我遴選之、我悅懌之、我將以我神賦之、彼以法示異邦人、

摩西在以色列眾前、召約書亞、告之曰、強乃志、壯乃心、昔耶和華與列祖發誓、以斯土予民、爾必偕行、使彼得之、

耶和華僕摩西既沒、耶和華諭摩西從者、嫩之子約書亞、曰、

耶和華上帝乎、爾以生氣賜於億兆、請立一人、統轄會眾、出入於民前、為民先導、免致耶和華會眾猶羊之無牧。耶和華諭摩西曰嫩之子約書亞、其人感於神、汝可簡取、按手其上、置於祭司以利亞撒及會眾前、付托以命、以汝尊榮、加諸其身、使以色列會眾、無不遵循、彼必立於祭司、以利亞撒前、以利亞撒用烏陵、諮諏我意、彼及以色列會眾、必聽斯命而出入。

摩西為執事於上帝家、傳所諭之教、果忠矣、然則基督為子以齊其家、我若毅然歡望、至終鞏固、則可為其家人矣、

屬利未為祭司者固甚眾、沒則已焉、不能常為其職、耶穌永存、故其祭司職、未嘗易人、
