The Lord will roar from Zion and thunder from Jerusalem; the earth and the heavens will tremble. But the Lord will be a refuge for his people, a stronghold for the people of Israel.

耶和華將涖臨、有若武夫、厥氣奮揚、有若戰士、喑鳴叱咤、以克勁敵。

我以道傳爾、以手庇爾、我張舒穹蒼、奠定寰宇、謂郇邑之人、乃我赤子、

我怒震烈、已出斯言、曰以色列地必有震動。

耶和華若鞏固之臺、善人登之、蒙其護衛。

彼居高巖險隘、以得範衛、餱糧不缺其供、水泉無虞其乏、

巍巍乎、耶和華在彼郇城、譬諸大河、洋溢無垠、舟楫巨舶、不能侵伐、

我耶和華喑鳴叱咤、威若猛獅、我民疾趨、自西而至、歸誠乎我、

耶和華如岡巒、如衛所、以拯救我兮、上帝如高臺峻嶺、我倚賴之兮、我藉彼如干、以自衛兮、我恃彼如角、以望救兮、

我逢患難、上帝範衛我、扶翼我兮、平陸震動、海島遷移、波濤洶湧、山嶽搖撼、我弗迷兮、

以色列族之赫赫上帝、異乎世人、不失其信、不回其志。

全能至上之主、爰有密室、凡居之者、得蒙覆翼兮、我謂耶和華保佑予、範衛予、予惟上帝是賴兮。

佑助選民、厚錫平康兮。

牡獅咆哮、誰不惶悚、耶和華傳命、敢不宣布之乎。

當時、地大震、城圮十分之一、死者七千人、餘盡驚駭、讚美天上上帝、

眾聲大作、雷轟電掣、地大震、自生民以來、未有如此大震者、

當時其聞震地、今且曰於後、吾不第震地、又必震天、

猶大之牧伯、自謂耶路撒冷居民、恃其上帝萬有之主耶和華、遂得能力、以左右余、當是日、我必使猶大牧伯、若火之焚采薪、若炬之熱禾束、四周左右、必為所燬、耶路撒冷之民、將仍居其邑、我耶和華必先救猶大之帷幕、使大闢家之華美、耶路撒冷之榮顯、不復藐視猶大、當是之日、我耶和華將扞衛耶路撒冷居民、使其中之弱者、若大闢、使大闢家若有能者、即我耶和華之使者、恆導斯民、

耶和華曰、我將扶持猶大家、救援約瑟族、我矜憫之、使安居無虞、與未嘗絕之無異、我耶和華為其上帝、垂顧斯民、

必以我力、扶翼斯民、使恆事我、我耶和華已言之矣。

我施仁義、手援斯眾、以伸其冤、其時伊邇、洲島之人、將瞻望予、惟予眷佑是賴。爾盍仰觀乎天、俯察乎地、穹蒼必散若烟、寰宇必敝若衣、居民猝然而死、亦若是、我以仁義救民、歷久不渝。
