The Lord will roar from Zion and thunder from Jerusalem; the earth and the heavens will tremble. But the Lord will be a refuge for his people, a stronghold for the people of Israel.

The Lord will roar like a lion from Jerusalem. His voice will sound like thunder from Zion. The earth and the heavens will tremble. But the Lord will keep the people of Israel safe. He will be a place of safety for them.

“所以你要向他们预言这一切的话，对他们说：‘耶和华从高天吼叫，从圣所发出声音，向自己的羊群大声吼叫；他要向地上所有的居民呐喊，像踹葡萄的人一样。必有响声达到地极，因为耶和华与列国争辩。凡有血肉之躯的，他必审问；至于恶人，他必交给刀剑。这是耶和华说的。’

因为你是我的避难所，是我的坚固台，使我脱离仇敌。

耶和华必如勇士出征，如战士激起愤恨，他要喊叫，大声呐喊，击败他的敌人。

我已将我的话放在你口中，用我的手影遮蔽你，为要安定诸天，立定地基，并对锡安说：“你是我的百姓。”

我在妒忌和如火的烈怒中说：那日在以色列地必有大震动，

耶和华的名是坚固台，义人奔入就得安稳。

这人必居高处，他的保障是磐石的堡垒，必有粮食赐给他，饮水也不致断绝。

在那里，威严的耶和华对我们是宽阔的江河，其中必没有摇桨的小船来往，也没有巨大的船舶经过。

耶和华如狮子吼叫，他的儿女必跟随他。他一吼叫，他们就从西方战兢而来。

耶和华是我的岩石、我的山寨、我的救主、我的上帝、我的磐石、我所投靠的。他是我的盾牌，是拯救我的角，是我的碉堡。

上帝是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们在患难中随时的帮助。所以，地虽改变，山虽摇动到海心，其中的水虽澎湃翻腾，山虽因海涨而战抖，我们也不害怕。（细拉）有一道河，这河的分汊使上帝的城欢喜，这城就是至高者居住的圣所。上帝在其中，城必不动摇；到天一亮，上帝必帮助这城。万邦喧嚷，国度动摇；上帝出声，地就熔化。万军之耶和华与我们同在，雅各的上帝是我们的避难所！（细拉）你们来看耶和华的作为，看他使地怎样荒凉。他止息战争，直到地极；他折弓、断枪，把战车焚烧在火中。你们要休息，要知道我是上帝！我必在列国中受尊崇，在全地也受尊崇。万军之耶和华与我们同在，雅各的上帝是我们的避难所！

以色列的大能者必不说谎，也不后悔，因为他不是世人，绝不后悔。”

住在至高者隐密处的，必住在全能者的荫下。我要向耶和华说：“我的避难所、我的山寨、我的上帝，你是我所倚靠的。”

耶和华必赐力量给他的百姓，耶和华必赐平安的福给他的百姓。

狮子吼叫，谁不惧怕呢？主耶和华既已说了，谁能不说预言呢？

正在那时候，地大震动，城倒塌了十分之一；因地震而死的有七千人，其余的都恐惧，归荣耀给天上的上帝。

又有闪电、响声、雷轰、大地震，自从地上有人以来没有这样大、这样厉害的地震。

当时他的声音震动了地，但如今他应许说：“再一次我不单要震动地，还要震动天。”

犹大的族长心里要说：‘耶路撒冷的居民因倚靠万军之耶和华—他们的上帝，就成为我的力量。’“那日，我必使犹大的族长如柴堆中的火盆，又如禾捆里的火把；他们必左右吞灭四围列国的百姓。耶路撒冷却仍屹立在本处，仍在耶路撒冷！“耶和华要先拯救犹大的帐棚，免得大卫家的荣耀和耶路撒冷居民的荣耀胜过犹大。那日，耶和华必保护耶路撒冷的居民。他们中间软弱的在那日必如大卫；大卫家必如上帝，如行在他们前面的耶和华的使者。

我要坚固犹大家，拯救约瑟家，我要领他们归回，因我怜悯他们，他们必像我未曾弃绝他们一样；都因我是耶和华—他们的上帝，我必应允他们。

我要使他们倚靠耶和华，得以坚固，他们必奉他的名而行；这是耶和华说的。

我的公义临近，我的救恩发出。我的膀臂要审判万民，众海岛都要等候我，倚赖我的膀臂。你们要向天举目，观看下面的地；天必像烟云消散，地必如衣服渐渐破旧；其上的居民也要如此死亡。惟有我的救恩永远长存，我的公义也不废掉。

于是，上帝天上的圣所开了，在他圣所中，他的约柜出现了；随后有闪电、响声、雷轰、地震、大冰雹。
