The Lord will roar from Zion and thunder from Jerusalem; the earth and the heavens will tremble. But the Lord will be a refuge for his people, a stronghold for the people of Israel.

故當以此諸言、對眾預言之曰、耶和華必自上號呼、自聖所發聲、向其羣羊大呼、對地上居民而呼、若踐葡萄者然、將有聲聞於地極、蓋耶和華與列邦爭、必鞫凡有血氣者、至於惡人、付之鋒刃、耶和華言之矣、○

爾素為我避所、為我堅臺、以免於敵兮、

耶和華將出、有若力士、勇氣奮揚、有若戰士、喑嗚叱咤、奮力擊敵、

我以我言置於爾口、以手蔭庇爾、我則展布諸天、奠定地基、且謂錫安曰、爾為我民、○

我以忌嫉烈怒而言曰、是日以色列地、必震動殊甚、

耶和華之名乃堅臺、義者趨之得安穩、

其人必居崇高、磐石之固、為其保障、其糧不絕、其水不乏、○

耶和華在彼顯其威嚴、與我相偕、有若大河巨川、無舟楫往來、無艨艟經過、

耶和華若咆哮之獅、民皆從之、既已咆哮、諸子疾馳、自西而至、

耶和華為我巖石、我之保障、我之救援兮、上帝我之磐石、我託庇於彼兮、為我之盾、拯救之角、我之高臺兮、

以色列所恃者、必不誑言、亦不回意、蓋非世人、決不回意也、

居於至高者之密所、必恆在全能者之蔭下兮、我論耶和華云、彼為我避所、我保障、我所恃之上帝兮、

耶和華必錫其民以能力、耶和華必祝其民以平康兮、

獅既吼、孰不懼乎、主耶和華既有命、孰不宣之、○

是時也、地大震、邑圮十分之一、死者七千人、餘皆恐懼、歸榮於在天之上帝、○

又有電與聲與雷、地亦大震、自生民以來、其震未有若是之大也、

當時其聲震地、但今則告之曰、尚有其一、我不第震地、亦必震天、

猶大族長意謂、耶路撒冷居民、恃其上帝萬軍之耶和華、為我之力、是日我使猶大族長、若火盆之在柴薪、若火炬之在禾束、必左右焚燬四周之邦、耶路撒冷之民、仍居其所耶路撒冷、耶和華必先救猶大之幕、俾大衛家與耶路撒冷居民之榮、不得越於猶大、是日耶和華必扞衛耶路撒冷居民、其中懦弱者將如大衛、大衛家將如上帝、如耶和華之使、在於其前者、

我將鞏固猶大室、拯救約瑟家、導之旋歸、加以矜憫、俾如未見棄者、蓋我為其上帝耶和華、必聽其祈、

我將使之恃耶和華而堅強、奉其名而往來、耶和華言之矣、

我義伊邇、拯救既施、我必奮臂以鞫眾民、島嶼將瞻望予、惟我臂力是恃、爾其仰觀上天、俯察下土、諸天必散若煙、大地必敝若衣、居民之死、有如蚊蚋、惟我之拯救永存、我之公義不廢、○
