“ It will come about after this That I will pour out My Spirit on all mankind; And your sons and your daughters will prophesy, Your old men will have dreams, Your young men will see visions.

末日、我將以我神賦萬人、俾爾子女、言未來事、幼者見異象、老者兆於夢、

厥後我將以我之神賦畀萬人、俾爾子女言未來事、老者見夢兆、幼者見異象、

I will not hide My face from them any longer, for I will have poured out My Spirit on the house of Israel,” declares the Lord God.

Until the Spirit is poured out upon us from on high, And the wilderness becomes a fertile field, And the fertile field is considered as a forest.

And suddenly a noise like a violent rushing wind came from heaven, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.And tongues that looked like fire appeared to them, distributing themselves, and a tongue rested on each one of them.And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with different tongues, as the Spirit was giving them the ability to speak out.

For the promise is for you and your children and for all who are far away, as many as the Lord our God will call to Himself.”

“ And I will pour out on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the Spirit of grace and of pleading, so that they will look at Me whom they pierced; and they will mourn for Him, like one mourning for an only son, and they will weep bitterly over Him like the bitter weeping over a firstborn.

And as I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell upon them just as He did upon us at the beginning.And I remembered the word of the Lord, how He used to say,‘ John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.’Therefore, if God gave them the same gift as He also gave to us after believing in the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I that I could stand in God’s way?”When they heard this, they quieted down and glorified God, saying,“ Well then, God has also granted to the Gentiles the repentance that leads to life.”

After there had been much debate, Peter stood up and said to them,“ Brothers, you know that in the early days God made a choice among you, that by my mouth the Gentiles would hear the word of the gospel and believe.And God, who knows the heart, testified to them giving them the Holy Spirit, just as He also did to us;

For I will pour water on the thirsty land And streams on the dry ground; I will pour out My Spirit on your offspring, And My blessing on your descendants;

But this He said in reference to the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive; for the Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.

Therefore, since He has been exalted at the right hand of God, and has received the promise of the Holy Spirit from the Father, He has poured out this which you both see and hear.

And all flesh will see the salvation of God!’ ”

Then Joseph had a dream, and when he told it to his brothers, they hated him even more.He said to them,“ Please listen to this dream which I have had;for behold, we were binding sheaves in the field, and behold, my sheaf stood up and also remained standing; and behold, your sheaves gathered around and bowed down to my sheaf.”Then his brothers said to him,“ Are you actually going to reign over us? Or are you really going to rule over us?” So they hated him even more for his dreams and for his words.Then he had yet another dream, and informed his brothers of it, and said,“ Behold, I have had yet another dream; and behold, the sun and the moon, and eleven stars were bowing down to me.”He also told it to his father as well as to his brothers; and his father rebuked him and said to him,“ What is this dream that you have had? Am I and your mother and your brothers actually going to come to bow down to the ground before you?”

He says,“ It is too small a thing that You should be My Servant To raise up the tribes of Jacob and to restore the protected ones of Israel; I will also make You a light of the nations So that My salvation may reach to the end of the earth.”

While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who were listening to the message.All the Jewish believers who came with Peter were amazed, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had also been poured out on the Gentiles.For they were hearing them speaking with tongues and exalting God. Then Peter responded,“ Surely no one can refuse the water for these to be baptized, who have received the Holy Spirit just as we did, can he?”

All your sons will be taught by the Lord; And the well being of your sons will be great.

Then the glory of the Lord will be revealed, And all flesh will see it together; For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.”

The prophet who has a dream may report his dream, but let him who has My word speak My word truthfully. What does straw have in common with grain?” declares the Lord.

Now this man had four virgin daughters who were prophetesses.
