为他们的缘故，记念自己的约，照着他丰盛的慈爱回心转意；

难道这就是我所喜悦的禁食，这就是让人刻苦己心的日子吗？难道是让人像芦苇一样垂着头，以麻布和灰烬为铺吗？难道这就是你所谓的禁食，这就是耶和华所悦纳的日子吗？

他们要传扬你美善至尊的名，也要颂唱你的公义。耶和华有恩惠、有怜悯，不轻易发怒，并大有慈爱。耶和华善待万有，他的怜悯临到他所造的一切。
