『但是我呢、我總要尋求上帝，將我的事情託付於上帝；

是以必求上帝而赴訴焉。

“ But if I were you, I would appeal to God; I would lay my cause before him.

“ If I were you, I’d make my appeal to God. I’d bring my case to be judged by him.

“ As for me, I would seek God, and to God would I commit my cause,

However, if I were you, I would appeal to God and would present my case to him.

“ But as for me, I would seek God, And I would make my plea before God,

But as for me, I would seek unto God, And unto God would I commit my cause;

Then call on me when you are in trouble, and I will rescue you, and you will give me glory.”

Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust him, and he will help you.

“ Submit to God, and you will have peace; then things will go well for you.

So if you are suffering in a manner that pleases God, keep on doing what is right, and trust your lives to the God who created you, for he will never fail you.

But while in deep distress, Manasseh sought the Lord his God and sincerely humbled himself before the God of his ancestors.And when he prayed, the Lord listened to him and was moved by his request. So the Lord brought Manasseh back to Jerusalem and to his kingdom. Then Manasseh finally realized that the Lord alone is God!

You will pray to him, and he will hear you, and you will fulfill your vows to him.

He did not retaliate when he was insulted, nor threaten revenge when he suffered. He left his case in the hands of God, who always judges fairly.

That is why I am suffering here in prison. But I am not ashamed of it, for I know the one in whom I trust, and I am sure that he is able to guard what I have entrusted to him until the day of his return.

I cry out to God; yes, I shout. Oh, that God would listen to me!When I was in deep trouble, I searched for the Lord. All night long I prayed, with hands lifted toward heaven, but my soul was not comforted.

Jacob was terrified at the news. I am afraid that he is coming to attack me, along with my wives and children.But you promised me,‘ I will surely treat you kindly, and I will multiply your descendants until they become as numerous as the sands along the seashore— too many to count.’”

But if you pray to God and seek the favor of the Almighty,

Then Jonah prayed to the Lord his God from inside the fish.He said,“ I cried out to the Lord in my great trouble, and he answered me. I called to you from the land of the dead, and Lord, you heard me!You threw me into the ocean depths, and I sank down to the heart of the sea. The mighty waters engulfed me; I was buried beneath your wild and stormy waves.Then I said,‘ O Lord, you have driven me from your presence. Yet I will look once more toward your holy Temple.’“ I sank beneath the waves, and the waters closed over me. Seaweed wrapped itself around my head.I sank down to the very roots of the mountains. I was imprisoned in the earth, whose gates lock shut forever. But you, O Lord my God, snatched me from the jaws of death!As my life was slipping away, I remembered the Lord. And my earnest prayer went out to you in your holy Temple.
