押撒過門的時候，慫恿丈夫向她父親求塊田地；押撒一下驢，迦勒問她說：『你要甚麼？』她說：『請將一件祝福禮給我；你既給我住南地，求你也給我一塊有水的盆地。』她父親就把上盆地和下盆地都給了她。
