Let out your outbursts of anger, And look at everyone who is arrogant, and humble him.

要发出你满溢的怒气，见一切骄傲的人，使他降卑；

Unleash the fury of your wrath, look at all who are proud and bring them low,

Let loose your great anger. Look at those who are proud and bring them low.

Pour out the overflowings of your anger, and look on everyone who is proud and abase him.

Give vent to your anger. Let it overflow against the proud.

Pour out your raging anger; look on every proud person and humiliate him.

Disperse the rage of your wrath; Look on everyone who is proud, and humble him.

Pour forth the overflowings of thine anger; And look upon every one that is proud, and abase him.

Unleash your raging anger; look on every proud person and humiliate him.

Cast abroad the rage of thy wrath: and behold every one[ that is] proud, and abase him.

Scatter abroad the abundance of your anger. Look at every proud man and bring him low;

Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise, exalt, and honor the King of heaven, for all His works are true and His ways just; and He is able to humble those who walk in pride.”

The proud look of humanity will be brought low, And the arrogance of people will be humbled; And the Lord alone will be exalted on that day.For the Lord of armies will have a day of reckoning Against everyone who is arrogant and haughty, And against everyone who is lifted up, That he may be brought low.

And the pride of humanity will be humbled And the arrogance of people will be brought low; And the Lord alone will be exalted on that day,

Who can stand before His indignation? Who can endure the burning of His anger? His wrath gushes forth like fire, And the rocks are broken up by Him.

But when his heart was arrogant and his spirit became so overbearing that he behaved presumptuously, he was deposed from his royal throne, and his dignity was taken away from him.He was also driven away from mankind, and his heart was made like that of animals, and his dwelling place was with the wild donkeys. He was given grass to eat like cattle, and his body was drenched with the dew of heaven, until he recognized that the Most High God is ruler over the realm of mankind, and that He sets over it whomever He wishes.Yet you, his son, Belshazzar, have not humbled your heart, even though you knew all this,but you have risen up against the Lord of heaven; and they have brought the vessels of His house before you, and you and your nobles, your wives, and your concubines have been drinking wine out of them; and you have praised the gods of silver and gold, of bronze, iron, wood, and stone, which do not see, nor hear, nor understand. But the God in whose hand are your life breath and all your ways, you have not glorified.

“ For behold, the day is coming, burning like a furnace; and all the arrogant and every evildoer will be chaff; and the day that is coming will set them ablaze,” says the Lord of armies,“ so that it will leave them neither root nor branches.

The arrogance of your heart has deceived you, The one who lives in the clefts of the rock, On the height of his dwelling place, Who says in his heart,‘ Who will bring me down to earth?’Though you make your home high like the eagle, Though you set your nest among the stars, From there I will bring you down,” declares the Lord.

Flash forth lightning and scatter them; Send out Your arrows and confuse them.

But He gives a greater grace. Therefore it says,“ God is opposed to the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”

He sent His burning anger upon them, Fury and indignation and trouble, A band of destroying angels.He leveled a path for His anger; He did not spare their souls from death, But turned their lives over to the plague,

The people repeatedly cried out,“ The voice of a god and not of a man!”And immediately an angel of the Lord struck him because he did not give God the glory, and he was eaten by worms and died.

but to those who are self serving and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, He will give wrath and indignation.There will be tribulation and distress for every soul of mankind who does evil, for the Jew first and also for the Greek,

I tell you, this man went to his house justified rather than the other one; for everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, but the one who humbles himself will be exalted.”

You younger men, likewise, be subject to your elders; and all of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because God is opposed to the proud, but He gives grace to the humble.Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, so that He may exalt you at the proper time,

For it will hurl at him without mercy; He will certainly try to flee from its power.

Now I know that the Lord is greater than all the gods; indeed, it was proven when they acted insolently against the people.”

For a fire has flared in My anger, And it burns to the lowest part of Sheol, And devours the earth with its yield, And sets on fire the foundations of the mountains.

Your right hand, Lord, is majestic in power; Your right hand, Lord, destroys the enemy.

When he fills his belly, God will send His fierce anger on him And rain it on him while he is eating.

So it will be that when the Lord has completed all His work on Mount Zion and on Jerusalem, He will say,“ I will punish the fruit of the arrogant heart of the king of Assyria and the arrogant pride of his eyes.”For he has said,“ By the power of my hand and by my wisdom I did this, Because I have understanding; And I removed the boundaries of the peoples And plundered their treasures, And like a powerful man I brought down their inhabitants,And my hand reached to the riches of the peoples like a nest, And as one gathers abandoned eggs, I gathered all the earth; And there was not one that flapped its wing, opened its beak, or chirped.”Is the axe to boast itself over the one who chops with it? Is the saw to exalt itself over the one who wields it? That would be like a club wielding those who lift it, Or like a rod lifting the one who is not wood.Therefore the Lord, the God of armies, will send a wasting disease among his stout warriors; And under his glory a fire will be kindled like a burning flame.And the Light of Israel will become a fire and Israel’s Holy One a flame, And it will burn and devour his thorns and his briars in a single day.And He will destroy the glory of his forest and of his fruitful garden, both soul and body, And it will be as when a sick person wastes away.And the rest of the trees of his forest will be so small in number That a child could write them down.

So He poured out on him the heat of His anger And the fierceness of battle; And it set him aflame all around, Yet he did not recognize it; And it burned him, but he paid no attention.

“ Son of man, say to the leader of Tyre,‘ The Lord God says this:“ Because your heart is haughty And you have said,‘ I am a god, I sit in the seat of gods In the heart of the seas’; Yet you are a mortal and not God, Although you make your heart like the heart of God—

But indeed, for this reason I have allowed you to remain, in order to show you My power and in order to proclaim My name throughout the earth.Still you exalt yourself against My people by not letting them go.
